In my opinión, i think that money should be spent mainly in health and education because are sectors that have been harmed by the previous governments. Governments don't seem to care about our situations and they do economics cuts in the most important areas according to my opinion that are science, education and health. I think the best solution may be to spend less money in areas such as the army, which charges for missions that are not so important Among other examples It would also be beneficial for the government to be concerned with helping the agrarian and livestock collective because in Spain and in other countries of the world they are the main engine of the economy.
