I belong to generation z, We are also called postmillenials or centenials. We are people who borned since the middle of the 90ths ultil around 2015 i Will tell you the main features . First, we have been exposed to many tecnological devices, in consecuense we are used to using technologies. The second feature is our point of view about education . Most of people of my generation thinks that having a university degree is important for achieving career goals The third feature is related to the work environment. Post milenials are used to receiving an horizontal treatment . In other words they want to be treated equally than other workers in their jobs. Aditionaly they like to receive feedback in any task that they done. Finally, many people see postmillenials as innovators because we thinks out of our bubble. THINK ABOUT YOUR TEENAGE YEARS HOW WERE THINGS DIFFERENT THEN FROM WHAT THEY ARE NOW? Yes, tecnologhy has developed too fast. When I was a child we didn’t have all the apps and technology . So I remember that I used to use mi computer to talk with my friends. When Facebook and whatsaap appeared all was different. It was the beginning of a new way to talk with my friends. Also , the cost of smartphones and technology became cheaper. Finally , my generation didn’t depend of a teacher to learn about the new technologies we are intuitive to learn all of those technology. DO YOU THINK THERE IS SUCH A THING AS A GENERATION GAP Said that I think the generation gap increase with time because , people frome older generations needs someone to teaches modern technology Also they are used to a vertical treatment. They wait for orders to work , I think postmillenials are more proactive. older generations take longer to get used to using technologies. WHAT DO YOU MISS FROM YOUR CHILDHOOD OR YOUR TEENAGE YEARS? I lived my childhood in Huancavelica , It is a small town placed in the mointain range of Perú. In this town all is near, you could go with your friends every day because his hauses were close. Also you could go out without fear of being stolen. Finally, I miis that nowadays people become distant because technology .
