9.4 millones de euros.

Open call for tender n EAHC/2013/Health/09 concerning pilots on
early dialogue between health technology assessors and
healthcare product developers during the development phase of
medicinal products and medical devices
•
The European Union (EU) has supported cooperation projects in the field of Health
Technology Assessment (HTA) since 2006. The European Commission's approach
to HTA is to focus on clinical aspects of an HTA (i.e. technology description, safety
issues and relative effectiveness) where data are seen to be more easily transferrable
across Member States.
In line with the conclusions of the 2008 Ministerial Pharmaceutical Forum[1],
improving and anticipating the collection of clinical evidence before licensing (i.e.
at the end of phase II of a clinical trial for a medicinal product) would enable easier
and quicker HTA processes after licensing, leading to quicker decisions on uptake
of new products. Early dialogues are therefore supposed to bring benefit to HTA
authorities, regulators and individual volunteering companies.
Therefore the purpose of this call for tender is to give support to conducting early
dialogues aiming at improving the data collection during the development phase of

The main purpose of the Framework Contracts to be concluded as a result of the
present procurement procedure is to assist the European Commission with the
monitoring/evaluation/implementation of legislation and policies in the area of
tobacco and related products. In this regard, technical and scientific input is
expected in the form of reports, studies and/or other relevant forms outlined under
each of the foreseen lots.
The deliverables should provide the regulators with the knowledge needed to adapt
the European Union legislation and policies to market, scientific and international
developments, effectively tackle obstacles, anticipate new strategies and, where
necessary, readapt and thereby increase the efficacy of tobacco control activities.
Most of the services that will be requested from the contractors are to support a

of an analysis and feasibility assessment regarding EU systems
for tracking and tracing of tobacco products and for security
features

The purpose of this contract is to provide service to and assist the European
Commission in the preparation for a European Union tracking and tracing system of
tobacco products and for security features, as foreseen in Article 14 of the
Commission proposal on the approximation of the laws, regulations and
administrative provisions of the Member States concerning the manufacture,
presentation and sale of tobacco products, ("the Commission proposal"), which was
adopted on 19 December 2012 and is currently in ordinary legislative procedure
within the EU institutions. The service is to be provided according to the legal and
technical requirements set in the Commission proposal, described in detail in the
tender specifications. The service provided will support the Commission in
proposing the delegated acts foreseen in the Commission proposal. In addition,
other legal, technical and background documents within the EU and at international
level may rely on the result of the present contract.

Encuesta de EoIs para el próximo Horizonte 2020

La Comisión Europea está en las últimas etapas para definir los contenidos
globales para el Reto Social Salud (Societal challenge: Health, demographic
change and wellbeing) y por este motivo, se lleva a cabo la encuesta para que se
indiquen las principales líneas de investigación que pretenden desarrollar en
colaboración con entidades de otros países en convocatorias del Horizonte
2020.

En la encuesta hay dos partes diferenciadas: la primera, en la que se pide que se
indiquen la expresión del interés del investigador y la segunda, en la que se
puede incluir un resumen básico de la propuesta de proyecto.
