hereby EXPLICITLY exposes, declares, recognizes and assumes of the most extensive form that where
applicable in law, that:
Considering that has been permitted to take part in the Events and days of Club during the year 20_ in
the Ascari Track, situated in Ronda "Finca los Merinos" Km. 30,5 Campillos to Ronda Road, or considering
that being permitted to participate in any way in said Event, EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, on his/her own
name and interest, in name and interest of its represented (legal or voluntarily), in name and interest of
its successors, heirs, spouse and next of kin, RECOGNIZES, DECLARES, AGREES AND GRANTS:
l. HEREBY EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED DISCHARGE AND WAIVE OF EVERY RESPONSIBILITY by the
consequences that can be derived from their participation in any form in the activities described
the participants in the same one, the handler of the circuit (CIRCUITO ASCARI, S.L.), the owner of
the circuit (INVERSIONES SHETLAND, S.L.), the drivers, owners leaseholders of the business and
installations utilized in the Event and to each one of the executives, professional and employees
of aforementioned people as well as any physical or legal people related to the activities
exposed, not being this an enumeration limited, but illustrative and as extensive as there can be
applicable in law.
Resigns in his/her name and in that of its representatives and/or represented legal or voluntarily,
assignee, heirs, successor, spouse and near relatives, as well as any people that can exercise
actions in its name against the aforementioned, to any action or claim of responsibility,
complaint, demand or legal action, of any kind or nature by any loss or damage in its properties,
rights, corporal injury, incapacity or death of any of the down signatories produced as a result of
the participation in the Event.
2. HEREBY EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ASSUMES ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY BY THE CORPORAL RISKTO
SUFFER INJURY, DEATH AND DAMAGES IN THE PROPERTY, DAMAGES TO THE CARS SUPPLIED BY
ASCARI, TRACK AND SAFETY ELEMENTS OF IT, AND IN GENERAL TO ANY PROPERTY, GOODS AND
FACILITIES OF ASCARI, experienced while drives, observes or of any another way, participates in the
Event.
3. EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED explicitly recognize that they have been extensively reported about
the nature and risks of the activities that develop, and that therefore, as dangerous they suppose
a risk of serious injury and/or death and/or damages in the property, for the participants and the
observers as well and people that could be in the interior of the installations while these
develop. Likewise recognizes that has been reported of the measures of security and of the
behaviour that should adopt, assuming personal and integrally the total responsibility by the
damages caused to his/her person or to third parties, so much corporal or materials of any sort.
4. EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED explicitly declares and agrees that the previous
discharge of responsibilities and renunciation of actions wants that be so extensive and
comprehensive as be admitted by the Spanish Law as well as by another that by any cause could
be of application and that if any part of this document to be declared invalid wants that the
remainders parties of the same one have full effect and force.

presente, expone, declara, reconoce y asume EXPLÍCITAMENTE en la forma más amplia aplicable en
derecho, que:
Considerando que se le ha permitido participar en los Eventos y días del Club durante el año 20__ en
Circuito Ascari, situado en Ronda, "Finca los Merinos", Km. 30,5 de la carretera de los Campillos a Ronda,
o considerando que se le permite participar de alguna forma en el citado Evento, CADA UNO DE LOS
ABAJO FIRMANTES, en su propio nombre e interés, en nombre e interés de su representado (legal o
voluntariamente), en nombre e interés de sus sucesores, herederos, cónyuge y pariente más cercano,
RECONOCE, DECLARA, ACUERDA Y CONCEDE:

QUE, POR LA PRESENTE, CADA UNO DE LOS ABAJO FIRMANTES RENUNCIA Y EXIME DE
CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD con respecto a las consecuencias que puedan derivarse de su
participación de alguna forma en las actividades descritas, a los participantes en la misma, al
operador del circuito (CIRCUITO ASCARI, S.L.), al propietario del circuito (INVERSIONES
SHETLAND, S.L.), a los conductores, a los propietarios arrendatarios del negocio y las
instalaciones empleadas en el Evento y a todos los ejecutivos, profesionales y empleados de las
citadas personas, así como a cualquier persona física o moral vinculada con las actividades
anteriormente expuestas, con carácter enunciativo, pero no limitativo, y en la mayor medida de
lo posible en virtud de la legislación.
Renuncia en su nombre y en el de sus representantes y/o representados legal o voluntariamente,
cesionarios, herederos, sucesores, cónyuge y familiares cercanos, así como en el de cualquier
persona que pueda emprender acciones legales en su nombre contra las citadas personas en lo
relativo a cualquier reclamación de responsabilidad, queja, demanda o acción legal de cualquier
tipo o naturaleza por cualesquiera pérdidas O daños en sus bienes, derechos, daños físicos,
incapacidad o fallecimiento de alguno de los abajo firmantes como consecuencia de la
participación en el Evento.
2.
POR LA PRESENTE CADA UNO DE LOS ABAJO FIRMANTES ASUME TODA Y TOTAL RESPONSABILIDAD
POR EL RIESGO DE SUFRIR LESIONES CORPORALES, MUERTE Y DAÑOS EN LA PROPIEDAD, DAÑOS A
LOS VEHÍCULOS PROPORCIONADOS POR ASCARI, A LA PISTA Y ELEMENTOS DE SEGURIDAD DE LA
MISMA, Y EN GENERAL A CUALESQUIERA BIENES Y/O ELEMENTOS E INSTALACIONES DE CIRCUITO
ASCARI, experimentados y/o ocasionados mientras conduce, observa o de cualquier otro modo
participa en el Evento.

J O FIRMANTES reconoce explícitamente que ha sido

convenientemente informado de la naturaleza y los riesgos de las actividades que se desarrollan
y que, por tanto, suponen un riesgo de lesiones graves y/o el fallecimiento y/o daños en la
propiedad de los participantes y observadores así como de las personas que puedan estar en el
interior de las instalaciones donde se desarrollen las mismas. De igual forma, reconoce que ha
sido informado de las medidas de seguridad y del comportamiento que debería adoptar,
asumiendo personal e íntegramente la responsabilidad por los daños que sufra él mismo o
terceros, tanto físicos como materiales de cualquier tipo.

QUE CADA UNO DE LOS ABAJ O FIRMANTES declara explícitamente que la presente renuncia y
exención de responsabilidad a emprender acciones legales pretende ser tan amplia como admita
la legislación española así como cualquier otra que pudiera ser de aplicación y que si alguna
parte del presente documento fuera declarada no válida, las restantes partes del mismo tendrán
plena vigencia y efectividad.
