En Soto del Real, siendo las diecinueve horas y diez minutos del
día veinticinco de noviembre de dos mil quince, se reúnen en el Salón de
Sesiones de la Casa Consistorial, los Sres. Concejales Electos que más
arriba se relacionan, al objeto de celebrar sesión extraordinaria en
primera Convocatoria, bajo el siguiente:
ORDEN DEL DÍA
ÚNICO: ELECCIÓN MEDIANTE SORTEO DE LOS MIEMBROS DE LAS
MESAS ELECTORALES PARA LAS PRÓXIMAS ELECCIONES
GENERALES DE 20 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2.015.
De conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 26 de la Ley Orgánica
5/85 de 19 de junio, se procede al sorteo público para la elección de
los miembros de las mesas electorales entre las personas inscritas
en el censo electoral con los estudios y edad requeridos en cada
caso, siendo el resultado del mismo el siguiente:
Artículo veintiséis.
1. La formación de las Mesas compete a los Ayuntamientos, bajo la supervisión de las Juntas Electorales de
Zona.
2. El Presidente y los vocales de cada Mesa son designados por sorteo público entre la totalidad de las
personas incluidas en la lista de electores de la Mesa correspondiente, que sepan leer y escribir y sean
menores de setenta años, si bien a partir de los sesenta y cinco años podrán manifestar su renuncia en el
plazo de siete días. El Presidente deberá tener el título de Bachiller o el de Formación Profesional de segundo
Grado, o subsidiariamente el de Graduado Escolar o equivalente.
3. Se procede de la misma forma al nombramiento de dos suplentes para cada uno de los miembros de la
Mesa.
4. Los sorteos arriba mencionados se realizaran entre los días vigésimo quinto y vigésimo noveno posteriores
a la convocatoria.
