We will be creating the Costumes and Props for
the Holiday Festival of Dance.
The Dance Department is looking for a group of adults (who can bring their
children, grandparents, and friends) to help with the behind-the-scenes part of the
show. If you enjoy arts and crafts, can help assemble costumes, or just want to
help, please join us!

[email protected] or [email protected] , by Friday,
October 30th to sign up for a time slot or just drop in and we will find you a job!
You can also sign up online via Volunteer Source by going to the City’s website at

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Refreshments will be provided by the San Mateo Dance Association.
BACKSTAGE CREW: If you can’t make this weekend, we still can use your help!
We will need assistance with load-in Friday, Dec. 11th beginning in the late
afternoon with set up, decorations and final touches on props. Striking (taking
everything down) will happen Sunday, Dec. 13th following the Show. If you are
able to help, please call the Dance Office at (650) 522-7448.

Vamos a crear el Vestuario y los Accesorios para el
Festival de Danza de la Temporada
El Departamento de Danza busca un grupo de adultos (quienes pueden traer
a sus niños, abuelos y amigos) para ayudar con los preparativos
detrás del escenario de la presentación. Si usted disfruta haciendo artes
manuales, nos puede ayudar a hacer vestuario o simplemente quiere ayudar,
únase a nosotros.

www.cityofsanmateo.org/volunteer y pueda inscribir con Volunteer Source.

el viernes 31 de octubre para apuntarse para una hora determinada o
simplemente preséntese y encontraremos una tarea para usted.
Los niños menores de 12 años deben ir acompañados por un adulto
La Asociación de Danza de San Mateo proporcionará un refrigerio
Si no puede ayudar ese fin de semana, aún podemos usar su ayuda.
Necesitaremos ayuda para montar el escenario, decorar y darle los toques
finales a los accesorios el viernes 11 de diciembre por la tarde. El
desmantelamiento del escenario será el domingo 13 de diciembre al
