In order for students to receive their iPad in
November, each student MUST have the following:
1. An Apple ID set up according to RCS guidelines.
2. A Device Permission slip completed, signed and turned
into the front office. Please note, there is a Student
Pledge Signature Page AND a Parent Permission
Release Page. BOTH must be signed and turned into the
front office.
3. An App Permission form signed and returned to the front
office. (Provides permission to setup student accounts
with approved websites.)

our courtyard benches. These repairs can be

Padres/Guardianes: Si no ha completado su papeleo y creado su Apple ID,
por favor venga a la escuela durante horas escolares, entre el 26 al 30 de
octubre. RECUERDE:

Para que los estudiantes reciban su iPad en noviembre, cada estudiante debe tener las
siguientes:
1. Un Apple ID establecido según las directrices de RCS (ver más abajo).
2. Una Hoja de Permiso de Dispositivos completado, firmado y entregado a la oficina
principal. Por favor tenga en cuenta, hay una Pagina de Firma de Promesa Del
Estudiante Y una Página Autorizando Permiso de Padres. LOS DOS deben ser
firmados y regresados a la oficina principal.
3. Un Formulario de Permiso Para Apps firmado y regresado a la oficina principal.
(Propociona permiso de cuentas de los estudiantes de configuración con sitios web
aprobados.)
