Mode 1: With the author’s attendance.
We are thankful for your interest in the 1st International Artist Book Fair. We
hope that you will be part of this event and of its activities, we are sure that
your collaboration will be beneficial for the diffusion and will enhance what Lía,
Artist Book is looking for with this remarkable events.
The artists exhibiting should attend their acquired exhibition space during the
Fair’s opening hours and will be responsible for their exhibited work according
to our guidelines.
All the participants must meet with the Fair’s established timeframes in their
acquired spaces and they should NOT leave the space unattended since Lía,
Artist Book, will not take the responsibility for any theft, wear or damage that
the artists’ work may present during the Fair’s opening hours.
Each participant will be granted an ID which will accredit him or her as an exhibitor and which should be worn permanently. This ID is non-transferable. The
number of identifications will be delivered according to the following:
1/3 of a bench ......................... 1 ID and 1 chair
1/2 of a bench ...................... 2 IDs and 2 chairs
Whole bench .......................... 3 IDs and 3 chairs
The location of your bench space and material will be handed with the delivery
of your confirmation number in the Information Module, the 19th of February
at 10:00 am in the Instituto Cultural Cabañas.
Each participant will also be granted a handbook with the details of the exhibition. Through the completion of the payment, the author is agreeing with the
terms presented in this document.

the next galleries, Tolsá, Montenegro, and Guillermo del Toro inside the Instituto Cultural Cabañas in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Arrival: 10:00 hrs.
Mounting: 12:00 hrs - 15:00 hrs.
Opening: 19:00 hrs.
20th, 21st and 22nd of February 2014.
Exhibitor’s entrance: 12:00 hrs.
Exhibition’s opening time: 13:00 hrs.
Exhibition’s closing time: 18:00hrs.
Exhibitor’s exit by: 18:20hrs.
23rd of February 2014
Activities: 10:00 to 13:00hrs.
Dismounting: 15:00hrs.
20th, 21st and 22nd of February 2014
To 9:00 - 12:00 hrs. - ENCÍNTELA (International Symposium of Experts in Artist
Books).
Conferences, round tables and panels with experts in the subject. *It’s necessary to pay the established fee prior to the 20th of January in order to reserve
the tickets and to receive an early bird discount.
Exhibition specifications.
• The works will be exhibited in benches, dimensions 0.65m x 2.40m, with a
designed cover, exhibitors’ information and curator for the configuration of
spaces.
• The benches do not include any sort of extra furniture. Walls are off limits
during the exhibition.
Prices and terms.
• 1/3 of a bench (0.65m x 0.80m) ………………………………….... $60.00 (USD)
• 1/2 of a bench (0.65m x 1.20m) ………………………………….... $120.00 (USD)
• Whole bench (0.65m x 2.40m) …………………………………....... $245.00 (USD)
*Among confirmation it is required to pay in advance 60% of the selected
option’s price and 40% by the 15th of January of 2014.
