50 km. east of Malaga.
Along the coast of Torrox’s 9 km of beaches,

Torrox is situated only 9 km from the famous
Nerja caves in Maro and only 8km from the
white village of artists' Frigiliana.
The cosy coastal town of Nerja is also just
7 km away.
The emblem of Nerja is the Balcon de Europa
which is something that should be experienced.
From here you can look down on the small
beaches situated between the rocks and have an
incredible view all up and down the coastline.
If you like fishing, there is a small fishing port in
Caleta de Velez at approx.9 km west from Torrox.
The Golf Club - Baviera with its 18-hole course is
also situated in Caleta del Velez only 20 km from Villa.
Enjoy our particularly mild climate:
Torrox has been officially declared (by the European
Institute of Meteorology) the mildest area of Europe.
Torrox enjoys pleasant temperatures throughout the
year: soft winters, less hot summers and is the third
town with the least rainfall.

The Villa AHRVi120 is situated near Torrox, at about 1,5 km from the village, a total of 6 km approx. from the
coast and beaches and about 45-50 minutes drive from the next airport (AGP Málaga).
The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with showers). The bedrooms are of a good size and can fit extra
supplementary beds if needed when more guests are staying.
For regular use they are fitted with: bedroom 1) large double bed (room fits another smaller double bed or single
bed);
bedroom 2) smaller double bed; bedroom 3) 2 double beds (for their use for 2-4 persons according to need);
bedroom 4) large double bed (room fits a further single bed).
So the Villa is suitable for up to 12 or 13 persons.
The ample open kitchen with breakfast bar towards the good sized living and dining room supplies 2 fridges.
The exteriors are quite amazing, with a large pool overlooking the property and the Mediterranean Sea, with
various sitting areas and a sunbathing area with sun loungers.
At a slightly lower level you have a lovely dining area with a summer kitchen like BBQ area, nicely shaded and
attractively decorated.
The Villa has furthermore a beautiful porch terrace with panoramic views to the mountains and the Sea, such as
a roof terrace, accessable from the tower room located above the large living room.
So all in all plenty of space inside and outside for everybody to spread out a bit :)
As for it´s special location on top of a hillside and its size it is quite sight when approaching this Villa.
