Health Dept. in collaboration with Mobile VAX has arranged for a FLU clinic. The Flu clinic will be at
the Wilson Elementary Cafeteria. A parent must accompany the student and bring her/his
immunization record.

Padres, estamos aquí para ayudarles a mantener sus hijos saludables! El Distrito de McAllen en
colaboración con Mobile Vax van a tener una Clínica para administrar la vacuna contra la gripe. La
vacuna se administrara en la cafetería de la Escuela Wilson. Uno de los padres debe de acompañar a su
hijo (a) y traer la tarjeta de vacunas o forma de la enfermera.
