Ignacio María is one of the founding partners of JP O' Farrell Abogados. His practice areas
include Corporate Law, Business Transactions and Reorganizations, Mergers and Acquisitions,
Commercial Law, Antitrust Law and Real Estate.
He actively participated in numerous international and local large-scale transactions. He
participates in many associations and chambers, namely: Cámara de Comercio ArgentinoAmericana (American-Argentinean Chamber of Commerce), IDEA, Colegio de Abogados de la
Ciudad de Buenos Aires (International Bar Association), Cámara de Sociedades Anónimas
(Corporations Chamber).
In many cases, he participated in committees that were formed to prompt amendments in
local regulations to improve the business conditions for the normal activity of local and
multinational companies.
