Sinopsis: Jaime a los 45 años ha quedado fuera del mercado laboral y ha gastado
todos sus ahorros, intentando que su familia no se entere de su situación laboral.
Las deudas apremian hasta que descubre un extraño mundo de las carreras
ilegales de autos de “Juguete”. En ese mundo conviven bizarros personajes.
Jaime comienza a competir con un auto a escala, idéntico al trueno del camino
que inmortalizó a su padre un famoso corredor automovilismo. Jaime deberá
demostrar que ha heredado el talento de su padre y así poder recuperar a su
familia.
Synopsis: Jaime with 45 years old has been out of the labor market and has spent
all his savings, trying to keep his family unknown about his employment status. The
debts are hurrying until he discovers a strange world of illegal “Toy” racing cars. In
this world coexist bizarre characters. Jaime starts racing with a scale car, identical
to the thunder road that his father immortalized, a famous car racer. Jaime must
prove that he has inherited his father’s talent and thus be able to recover his family.

Nació en Bs As, Argentina, 1968. Estudia en la
Universidad del Cine. Trabaja como director de
cine publicitario habiendo realizado más de 80
comerciales para clientes como Repsol YPF,
Direct TV, Bayer, Pfizer, etc. Hace cinco años
que es profesor de dirección en la escuela de
cine del Instituto Nacional de Cinematografía
(ENERC).
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Jan 1968.
Studied at Cinema Univ. Works as advertising
director making over 80 commercials for
customers like Repsol YPF, Direct Tv, Bayer,
Pfizer, etc. He has been professor of film
direction at the National Cinema Institute
(ENERC) for the last five years.
