Room is still very dark. Will change lamp shades in the soft goods replacement. In the meantime can request an additional lamp at housekeeping. 2. TV reception was not good this past week. Closed caption off and even phones were out. There seems to be a problem with the reception. Is being worked on. 3. Are the storefront renovation calendars on the website? Yes. 4. Noticed that new Spa will be bigger than old one. What will it hold? There will be a hair salon, manicure, pedicure, treatment rooms etc. 5. Heard rumor that there will be roof top seating? Eventually they could add some seating on the roof. 6. How many of the huts on the beach belong to LCB? Huts were built by LCB but on public land. Therefore, the huts are public. Anyone can use them. However, we control our chairs. 7. Why can’t we reserve huts like they do at some other resorts, for instance at Playa Linda? We share the beach with Tropicana as well. We know that they have petitioned for the beach in between LCB and PBV. Once they get that and the government publishes the new Beach regulations that they have been working on, maybe we could start a program. 8. What will you do with the dolphins when you take them out? They represent the property. We haven’t discussed what we will do with them yet. 9. Why do you even take them out? We would like to open that space up and provide more space for kids and adults to enjoy the pool. Besides, it has been there for many years. It starts to become more costly to maintain. 10. Owner saw people feeding iguanas and the droppings are all over the place. There are signs requesting people not to feed them. Iguanas come with the territory. Our Pool & Beach does pressure wash the pool deck regularly. 11. Owner suggested to send out a campaign e-mail approximately 90 days prior to the AGM to encourage owners to vote. We have been campaigning for this meeting every week during owners meetings and we also inform owners through e-mail blasts about the upcoming meeting. 12. Owner asked if possible to build a ramp for wheelchair users to get to the pool. During pool renovation project we may install a lift. Las estan quitando muy temprano y los asociados son un poco agresivo? The beach chairs. They are being removed too early and the asociates are a little aggressive. I will instruct the manager not to have the chairs removed too early. 3. 437A: BG llama a la unidad con una invitación para tomar una presentación, pero no le gusto que le preguntaran si tiene tarjeta de crédito internacional. Pusimos la queja en seguridad y logramos que uno de las cosas apareció. This year we noticed that security is not the same. For instance, we lost couple of things around the pool and from the room. We placed a claim with security and were able to recover one of the lost items. Podemos ver quienes fueron los que entrarón en su habitación. There is a digital record of all keys that opened your room door. I am not aware of your case. However, security is certainly investigating this. 2
