Happy New School Year to all Bobcat parents
and students! The first week of school went by
very quickly! Students did a wonderful job
cooperating with teachers and staff members to
quickly establish safe habits and good learning
practices. Thanks to you, as parents, for
setting the expectation that your student do
his/her part in that! It makes our school a
better place to learn!
We’ve welcomed some new staff members to the
New Market family this year. Tonya Bane,
Melissa Hedrick and Lauren Meris have joined us
as classroom teachers. Cindy Breedlove has
returned to NME as our data manager. Amy
Garner joined us as our new assistant principal,
and Emily Brown has become our AIG teacher. I
am so happy that they’ve joined our team, and I
look forward to the good work they will
contribute to our staff.
Please remember that we are here to work with
you to reach the highest possible achievement
for your child. If you have questions or
concerns, please contact your child’s teacher or
me. Like you, we want your student to achieve
his or her Bobcat BEST!

For student safety, please remember to submit all
transportation changes to the school in writing. Please
send a note to your child's teacher on the morning of
the change. If you decide to change the transportation
method later in the day, please bring the note to the
school office.
Students who arrive after 7:45 are tardy and must be
signed in at the office.
Photo ID will be checked upon checking a student out
early
When picking up a student at the end of school, please
display the car rider sign. If you do not have a sign, we
will ask you to come inside to get the child.

between 7:25 and 7:40am.
*Lunch Prices~ Full price $2.10 Reduced Price $.40
*To help serve our students better, we continue to maintain a silent breakfast and lunch line policy. When the students
enter the serving line, we ask that they talk only to the cafeteria staff. This helps our line to move along quickly and more
efficiently.
*Please send cash or checks in a sealed envelope with your child’s name, teacher name, and “Lunch Money” on the outside.
*Checks~ Checks should include your child’s name and lunch number & may only be deposited into your child’s account. They
may not be cashed to help pay for field trips, supplies, etc.
*Visitors are asked to pay cash if possible, when they come to eat with a student.

Feliz Nuevo Año Escolar a todos los padres y
estudiantes Bobcat! La primera semana de clases
fue muy rápido! Los estudiantes hicieron un
trabajo maravilloso cooperar con los profesores
para establecer rápidamente hábitos seguros y las
buenas prácticas de aprendizaje racias a ustedes,
como padres, para establecer la expectativa de que
su hijo haga su/su parte en eso! Hace que nuestra
escuela sea un lugar mejor para aprender!
Hemos acogido algunos de los nuevos miembros de a
la familia New Market de este año. Tonya Bane,
Melissa Hedrick y Lauren Meris han unido a
nosotros como docentes de aula. Cindy Breedlove
ha vuelto a NME como nuestro gestor de datos.
Amy Garner se unió a nosotros como nuestro
nuevo asistente del director y Emily Brown ha
convertido en nuestro maestro AIG. Estoy tan feliz
de que se han unido a nuestro equipo, y espero que
el buen trabajo que contribuiràn a nuestro
familia.

Para seguridad de los estudiantes, por favor recuerde
que debe presentar todos los cambios en el transporte a
la escuela por escrito. Por favor envíe una nota al
maestro de su hijo en la mañana del cambio. Si decide
cambiar el método de transporte màs tarde en el día,
por favor traiga la nota a la oficina de la escuela.
Los estudiantes que llegan después de las 7:45 llegan tarde
