Application Guide
If you are an existing user, jump to step 8.
If you are new user, you need to register first. Please follow these steps:
1. On the following webpage: http://www.educacion.gob.es/eeuu/convocatoriasprogramas/convocatorias-eeuu/cursos-verano.html

3. Choose the first option:

4. Complete all mandatory fields and tick the boxes, all marked with an asterisk (*).
On the field “Tipo documento”, choose the option “Otro”. Then, select “Pasaporte”
in the box below.
Once you have completed all the information, click on
5. On the next screen, you are given the option for downloading a copy of your
registration data by clicking on

6. On the next screen, you will be prompted to login to your email account, where you
should receive an activation link*. You should click it in order to activate your
registration, to be able to access the system afterwards.
*The link will expire in 24 hours.
7. Once you click the link, you will be redirected to another page confirming your
registration. You are now ready to access the system.
For existing users, follow these steps:
8. To access the system, fill in the fields “Usuario (DNI/NIE)” and “Contraseña”*.
*“Usuario (DNI/NIE)” is your user name. It will be your identification document number.
“Contraseña” is your password. It will be the password you chose in your registration.

9. On the next screen, click on:
10. The following form appears now. Complete all the fields accordingly.

If you wish to save your progress, you can click on
Once you have completed all the fields, click on
to continue.
11. Complete the second page of the form.

Once everything is complete, click on
Now you will be redirected to the following screen:
The state (Estado) of the application will be “Draft (En borrador)”.
Click on:
To check the entries of your application
To modify the entries of your application
To confirm your application
To delete your application
Once you click on
the following screen will appear:
You will be able to see and review your application again.
By clicking on
you are submitting your application. Once it is submitted, it is not
possible to modify any of the data. Please review your application carefully before submitting it.

If you wish to modify any data, click on
at the top right corner.
Then, click on
Now you will be able to modify your data.
12. If you have completed and submitted your application correctly, the following
message will appear on screen:
To go back to the previous screen, click on:
The state (Estado) of the application will be now “Confirmed (Confirmada)”.
