Characteristics
Ideally recommended for applications which deal with maximum toughness combined with heat
hardness. It is appropriated for surfaces’ treatment as nitriding, PVD treatment (titanium nitride). It
is produced as EFS Supra. Mirror polished guaranteed.
Applications
Smelting molds containing light alloys of AI-Zn-Sn-Pb and its alloys.
Pressure disc, cleaning disc, oil and air refrigeration.
Extrusion and Injection of light metals, stamping matrixes, rubbers, built-ins
and cylinders, plastic matter elaboration, rings and clamps, heat slitters.
Specially created due to transform light metals such as containers, liners,
punch dies , extrusion bars related to matrixes.
Matrixes for nuts, screws and rivets production
Regarding its toughness, it is used for structural applications,
undercarriages and several plane parts thanks to its resistance/density
relation.
