GIVING NOTICE OF 2016 FIRE DISTRICT ELECTION

WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Commissioners has a scheduled election on February 20, 2016,
as provided for by N.J.S.A.40A:14-72, at which time voters will be asked to elect TWO (2) fire
district commissioners and to vote on the fire district budget, and
Considerando que, la Junta de Comisionados de fuego tiene una elección programada el 20 de febrero de 2016, como está

WHEREAS, under NJSA 40A:14-72 the Board of Fire Commissioners shall designate the
polling places for the election and the closing date for the filing with the clerk of the board of
petitions of nomination for membership on the board that must be published at least once in a
newspaper circulating in the district at least six weeks before the election, and

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Fire District No. 3, Township
of Voorhees, County of Camden, as follows:

9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19)
