The MundoFox.com Blogger Casting (“Casting”) is intended
for Applicants in the United States only and shall be governed,
construed, and evaluated according to the laws of the United
States and the state of California. Do not proceed in this
Casting if you are not a legal resident of the United States.
Further eligibility restrictions are contained in the Terms and
Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) below and the Terms of
Use located at MundoFox.com/terminosdeuso.

DESCRIPTION: The MundoFox.com Blogger Casting
(“Casting”) will begin on April 11, 2013 starting at 7:00 AM
Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) and ending on April 25, 2013 at
11:59 PM ET (“Casting Period”). The Sponsor of this Casting
is MundoFox Broadcasting LLC (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is
looking for bloggers who can produce and present video
features for the web and write knowledgably (“Applicant(s)”)
on a particular topic of interest in one of the following
categories:
1. Entertainment: Music, Cinema, Television, Gossip.
2. Lifestyle: Fashion, Beauty, Health and Well-being.
3. Family: Parenting, Lifestyles, Tips and more.
4. Men’s interests: Grooming, Finance, Autos,
Technology.
DESCRIPCIÓN: El MundoFox.com Casting para Bloggers
(“Casting”) comenzará el 11 de abril de 2013 iniciando a las
7:00AM hora estándar del este (“ET”) y terminando el 25 de abril
de 2013 a las 11:59 PM ET (“Período de Casting”). El
Patrocinador de esta Casting es MundoFox Broadcasting LLC
(“Patrocinador”). El Patrocinador esta buscando bloggers que
pueden producir, y presentar video por distribución por el web y
escribir con conocimiento (“Candidato(s)”) sobre temas de interés
en los siguientes categorías:
1. Entretenimiento: Música, Cine, Televisión, Gossip.
2. Estilo de vida: Moda, Belleza, Salud y Bienestar.
3. Familia: Crianza, Estilos de vida, consejos y mucho más

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By participating in the Casting,
each Applicant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts
these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are
final and binding in all matters related to the Casting.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: An Eligible Applicant (defined
below) may enter the Casting, if during the Casting Period,
they:
1. “like” MundoFox on Facebook;
2. Fill out the application form located at
Mundfox.com/casting and upload a résumé; and
3. Attend the live casting call on April 11, 2013 in
Miami held at a casting location, which will be
provided to applicants upon completion of the
application, to tape a five (5) minute casting video
and/or submit a link to a five (5) minute youtube video
of Applicant discussing one of the topics above
(“Entry”).
CÓMO PARTICIPAR: Un Candidato Elegible (definido más
abajo) puede participar en esta Casting, si durante el Período de la

ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS: To be an Eligible Applicant,
Applicant must conform to the following Eligibility
Requirements:
1. Each Applicant must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
at time of participation;
2. Each Applicant must have the legal right to be in the
United States, and domiciled in one of the 48 contiguous
states of the United States or Washington D.C.

Period, Sponsor may select those Applicants that presented the
best video and performance based on various characteristics

MundoFox.com should espouse. Successful Applicants will be
announced on or about May 1, 2013 via Twitter
(“Notification”). Successful Applicants will be required to sign
additional documents and releases.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entries for any
reason including but not limited to failure to meet the
Eligibility Requirements, video parameters, incomplete Entries,
unintelligible Entries, unreadable Entries, Entries which
contain technical errors, and/or attempts by the same person to
submit multiple Entries.
Successful Applicants may receive the opportunity to have
their videos posted on MundoFox.com and promoted through
MundoFox’s Facebook and/or twitter pages as well as
potentially a paid freelance blogger position with
MundoFox.com.
RELEASE: By participating, Applicant acknowledges and
agrees: (A) to release Casting Entities and the directors,
officers, agents, and employees of each and such Casting
Entities will not be responsible for any and all liability for any
and all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind
including, without limitation, death and bodily injury due in
whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to their participation in
the Casting, and, including but limited to the unauthorized or
illegal access to personally identifiable information; (B) that
Sponsor reserve the right to terminate this Casting in the event
of technical errors or failures of technology; (C) that Sponsor
has not made any warranty, representation, or guarantee,
express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to what the
Successful Applicants may receive, including, without
limitation, to quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Except where prohibited by law, submission of your Entry in
this Casting is your irrevocable consent to the copy,
reproduction, editing, exhibition, and other use by Sponsor or
its designee of the Successful Applicants name and likeness in
any and all media in connection with Sponsor and/or the
Casting, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional
consideration, consent or review. By submitting to the Casting,
Applicants understand and acknowledge that your Entry and
any other communications you may transmit in any manner and
for any reason to Sponsor will not be treated as confidential or
proprietary. Successful Applicants may be required to sign a
release or other documents indicating that they meet Eligibility
Requirements, they consent to the use of their photo and
likeness, and etc.

DISPUTES: This Casting is governed by the laws of the
United States and the State of California, without respect to any
choice of law or conflict of law principles that would result in

any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the
parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection

any prize, and/or (iii) the determination of the scope or
applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be resolved
individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration
administered by the National Arbitration Forum (“Forum”)
and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of
Procedure established by the Forum. The arbitration shall be
held at a location determined by the Forum pursuant to the
Code of Procedure, or at such other location as may be
mutually agreed upon by the Applicant and Sponsor. The
arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and
conditions of these Official Rules and any of the other
agreements referenced herein that the applicable Applicant may
have entered into in connection with the Casting. There shall
be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or
representative basis; arbitration can decide only the Applicant’s
and/or Sponsor’s individual claims and the arbitrator may not
consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who
may be similarly situated. The arbitrator shall not have the
power to award special or punitive damages against the
Applicant or Sponsor. For more information on the Forum
and/or the Forum's Code of Procedure, please visit their
website at www.arb-forum.com. If any part of this Arbitration
Provision is deemed to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable
or illegal, the balance of this Arbitration Provision shall remain
in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as
if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

the list of Successful Applicants available after May 1, 2013, or
a copy of these Terms and Conditions, send your request to

and Sponsor will reply as soon as practical. Both the list and
these terms will be made available at Mundofox.com/casting
and the list will be posted on MundoFox’s Twitter page.

MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor has the right to change the
Casting Period, and all other dates or deadlines set in
connection with this Casting, at any time and in its sole
discretion. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Casting void in
Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and where
prohibited by law. Only one Entry allowed per Eligible
Applicant. If there is any discrepancy between the Spanish
Version of these Terms and Conditions and the English
Version, the English Version shall be controlling.
MISCELÁNEO: El Patrocinador tiene el derecho de cambiar el
Período del Casting, y todas las demás fechas o plazos establecidos
en relación con esta Casting, en cualquier momento y a su sola
discreción. INVALIDO DONDE ESTÉ PROHIBIDO. Casting
invalido en Puerto Rico, todos los territorios y posesiones del
EE.UU. y donde este prohibido pro ley. Sólo una entrada permitida
