PREMIOS / AWARDS 2009 91 PUNTOS PARA MANSO DE VELASCO EN WINE ENTHUSIAST La última añada del vino ícono de Miguel Torres Chile, Manso de Velasco 2009, obtuvo 91 puntos en la edición Julio 2013 de la revista Wine Enthusiast, una de las publicaciones especializadas más prestigiosas del Estados Unidos. Wine Enthusiast califica durante todo el año vinos de las más diversas regiones del mundo, a los que entrega puntajes y comentarios. En este ocasión fue Manso de Velasco, originario de parras centenarias, quien obtuvo un excelente puntaje. Miguel Torres 2009 Manso de Velasco Viñas Viejas Cabernet Sauvignon (Curicó Valley). - 91 Points. Given that 2009 was a hot vintage in Chile, it’s not shocking that this old vine Cabernet is rich, ripe and syrupy. The nose is attractive and offers aromas of blackberry, tree bark, herbs and minerality. The palate deals gritty tannins and rich, raisiny flavors of cassis, blackberry, coffee and toast.
