“Phase es un dueto. En cualquier relación, en cualquier construcción, necesitas crear una
base para construir algo a partir de allí. Si se te olvida esta base, toda la estructura se
desmorona, toda la relación pierde sentido. Crece, progresa, pero pequeños elementos
resurgen como pequeños recuerdos. Phase se ha construido a partir de este concepto
simple e intenta abrirse camino a través de esta regla esencial”.
“Phase is a duet. In any relationship, in any construction, you need to create a base to build
something up from that point. If you forget this base the whole structure falls apart, the
entire relationship loses all its sense. It grows, it progresses but little elements resurge like
little pieces of memories. Phase is made out of this simple concept and tries to make its
path through this essential rule”.

“Los bailarines llevan a cabo su labor en el escenario con el vestuario apropiado, los gestos
y actitudes de su disciplina y con auto-regulación. El ambiente y las condiciones de trabajo,
el sonido, el vestuario, se ven por la audiencia como sonidos táctiles. Los trabajadores se
expresan con el lenguaje de su cuerpo, la intersección de una variedad de emociones
(angustia, vergüenza, divertimento, recompensa, miedo, enojo). Y el escenario, el sonido, el
vestuario y los movimientos de los bailarines hacen del escenario un contexto de labor
emocional”.
"The dancers carry out their work on stage with appropriate costumes, gestures
and attitudes of their discipline and self-regulation. The environment and working
conditions, sound, costumes, are seen by the audience as tactile sounds. The
workers express themselves with the language of their bodies, the intersection of a
variety of emotions (anguish, shame, fun, reward, fear, anger). And the stage,
sound, costumes and movements of the dancers make the stage a context of
emotional labor. "
