PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE PRODUCTS
FLOOR FINISH - ACRYLIC
This environmentally-responsible finish is designed for low VOC emissions. Use it on vinyl, terrazzo, concrete or rubber floors. It provides a high gloss,
slip-resistant, long-lasting finish that minimizes heel marks and scuffing. It contains no butyl or heavy metals.
APPLICATION: 1. Strip floors to remove old waxes, sealers and finishes. 2. Rinse thoroughly and let dry. 3. With clean equipment apply thin, even coats
of Floor Finish-Acrylic. 4. Under normal conditions, allow to dry for 30 minutes between coats. 5. For best results, apply a maximum of 4 coats in 24
hours.
NOTE: For stripping and maintaining asbestos-containing tile, follow OSHA or EPA guidelines.
COVERAGE: One gallon covers up to 3,000 square feet.
MAINTENANCE:
Daily: 1. Sweep or dust mop frequently to remove gritty soil. 2. Use a neutral floor cleaner to damp mop spills as they occur. Damp mop or auto-scrub
nightly with neutral floor cleaner. 3. Buff, if desired, with high speed equipment and soft ultra high speed pads.
Periodic Recoating: 1. Dust mop entire floor then scrub aggressively using Floor Cleaner Concentrate and auto-scrubber with a blue or green pad. 2.
Rinse floor and allow to dry. 3. Apply finish.
Stripping Finish: Strip finished floor with stripper diluted 1:4.
NOTE: DO NOT FREEZE.
Dispose of as permitted by all federal, state and local regulatory authorities. Please recycle.
PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS
CAUTION: May irritate eyes, skin and gastrointestinal tract. Avoid eye and skin contact. FIRST AID: EYES & SKIN: Flush with water (eyes 15 minutes). If irritation persists, seek medical attention. INGESTION: If swallowed, give 2-3 large glasses of water. Seek medical attention.

ACABADO PARA PISOS – ACRÍLICO
Este acabado es responsable al medio ambiente y esta diseñado para bajas emisiones VOC. Use en pisos de vinil, terrazo, concreto o de goma. Provee
un acabado duradero de alto brillo, resistencia a deslizamiento que minimiza las marcas negras y el rayado. No contiene butilo ni metales pasados.
APLICACIÓN: 1. Remueva todos los selladores, ceras y acabados antiguos de los pisos. 2. Enjuague completamente y deje secar. 3. Aplicar manos
ligeras y uniformes de acabado con el equipo limpio. 4. Bajo condiciones normales, deje que se seque pro treinta 30 minutos antes de dar manos
siguientes. 5. Para los mejores resultados, aplicar un máximo de cuatro 4 manos durante un período de veinticuatro 24 horas.
NOTA: Para el cuidado y mantenimiento de baldosas que contengan asbestos, siga las regulaciones de la OSHA y EPA.
CUBRIRÁ: 1 litro cubre hasta 75m2.
MANTENIMIENTO:
Diario: 1. Barrar o limpiar con un estropajo frecuentemente para quitar el polvo. 2. Utilizar nuestro limpiador neutral para absorber (o sea, secar)
con un trapo húmedo los derrames luego que ocurren. Limpiar con un trapo húmedo cada noche, con un limpiador neutral. 3. Permita que seque,
después pula con equipo de alta velocidad usando una fibra suave para ultra alta velocidad.
Dar una mano mas periodicamente: 1. Limpiar con jerga todo el piso, luego fregar con fuerza, usando Floor Cleaner Concentrate y nuestro autofregador con una borla azul o verde. 2. Enjuagar el piso y deja que se séque. 3. Aplicar el acabado.
Remover Acabado: Remueva el acabado con el removedor diluido 1:4.
NOTA: NO SE CONGELE
Desechar como sea permitido por todas las autoridades federales, estatales y locales. Por favor recicle.
