Rapid Dispersion Mop Off Stripper
Zip quickly penetrates through floor finish buildup and suspends the stripped finish
for rinse free removal. Safe on most resilient and non-resilient floors that
include mineral surfaces, terrazzo, concrete, vinyl, vinyl composition, asphalt,
rubber, brick and quarry tile. Do not use on linoleum or tile that are in poor condition.

Zip removes old finishes in a single pass.... the choice of professionals who require speed and efficiency
in their stripping and recoating operations. It disperses, suspends and removes virtually any finish
(acrylic, styrene, water-based urethane, etc.). Safe on most resilient and non-resilient floors that include
mineral surfaces, vinyl, vinyl composition, asphalt, rubber, terrazzo, brick and quarry tile. Do not use on

INSTRUCCIONES PARA SU USO
Before stripping always dust mop the floor and remove gum, labels and other attached soil
deposits with a long handled scraper or putty knife.
Antes de realizar el raspado, pase el estropajo seco para quitar el polvo del piso y quite chicles,
etiquetas y otros depósitos adheridos al piso con un raspador de mango largo o una espátula.
STRIPPING
REMOCIÓN
1. DILUTE at 22 ounces per gallon (1:6 ratio) of cool water. In no case should this product be
diluted stronger than a 1:1 ratio.
2. APPLY the diluted solution liberally over the area to be stripped.
3. WAIT: Let the application stand for 4-5 minutes.
4. AGITATE: Most finishes can be removed with only mop agitation. For difficult coatings or
extreme build-up, use a rotary machine or automatic scrubber equipped with a black pad.
5. REMOVE the remaining solution from the floor using a wet/dry vacuum or autoscrubber.
Rinse the floor with clean water for best results.
1. DILUIR 22 onzas por galón (a razón 1:6) de agua fría. Por ningún motivo deberá diluir este
producto a mayor concentración que la proporción 1:1.
2. APLICAR la solución diluida liberalmente sobre el área que se va a trabajar.
3. ESPERAR: Permitir que la solución se impregné de 4 a 5 minutos.
4. REVOLVER: La mayoría de los acabados pueden ser removidos con solamente revolver con
un mapeador. Para las capas extremadamente acumuladas, usar la maquina pulidora
automática equipada con la almo hadilla negra.
5. REMOVER los restos de la solución del piso usando la aspiradora para húmedo/seco ó el
pulidor. Enjuagar el piso con agua limpia para mejores resultados.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: Use caution as floors become very slippery. Must be diluted. Not for
wood or painted surfaces. Not for use on linoleum or rubber floors or daily maintenance of
resilient floors. Before use on asphalt tile, test a small hidden area for any color change.
DANGER: CORROSIVE TO EYES. SKIN
IRRITANT. May cause respiratory tract irritation.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Avoid
breathing vapors. Use in adequate ventilation. Do
not swallow. Wash thoroughly after handling.
Contains 2-butoxyethanol which may cause
damage to the kidneys, liver, and blood-forming
system.

contacto con los ojos, la piel y la ropa. Evitar la
respiración de los vapores. Utilizarlo con

formación de sangre.

FIRST AID: If in eyes or on skin,
immediately flush with plenty of water for at
least 15 minutes while removing contaminated
clothing and shoes. Get medical attention.
If inhaled, remove to fresh air. Get medical
attention. If swallowed, get medical attention.
NEVER GIVE ANYTHING BY MOUTH TO AN
UNCONSCIOUS PERSON.
PRIMEROS AUXILIOS: Si toca los ojos o la
piel, inundar inmediatamente con abundante
agua durante por lo menos 15 minutos,
removiéndose la ropa y los zapatos
contaminados al mismo tiempo. Obtener
atención médica. Si se inhala, llevar la

PRECAUCIONES ESPECIALES: Sea precavido pues el piso va a estar muy resbaladizo. Deberá
ser diluido. No deberá usarse en superficies pintadas ó de madera. No se use sobre pisos
de linóleum, pisos de caucho ó para mantenimiento diario en pisos correosos. Antes de usarse
en pisos de azulejos, hacer una pueba en una área pequeña donde no se vea para ver si
hay algún cambio de color.
