In the BAR and SQUARED mould we have STAINLESS STEEL REINFORCEMENT
to give more mechanical rigidity on the walls of the mould.
This type of reinforcement, cut by laser in just one piece, avoids dirtiness, easies
the handling and gives longer life to the mould.
MULTIMOLDES/MULTIMOULDS
En la producción de Multimoldes nos caracterizamos por la
utilización igualmente de moldes de una SOLA PIEZA, los
cuales montamos en placas.
Hemos patentado un novedoso sistema en el que tanto el
cuerpo como la tapa son libres dentro de las placas que los
unen.
Esto permite absorber pequeñas diferencias de llenado, ya que
tanto el molde como la tapa tienen un ligero recorrido en el
plano horizontal, permitiendo un auto-centrado de las tapas
sobre los cuerpos con menor desgaste mecánico.
Busqui puede adaptar las medidas de los multimoldes a
cualquier tipo de producción y desarrollar modelos con la
cantidad de moldes individuales que usted necesite.
Producing our Multimoulds, our characteristic is also using
moulds of JUST ONE PIECE that we set in plates. We have
patented a new system where shaft and lid are free into the
plates where they are set in. This fact allows to absorb small
differences in the filling due the shaft and lid has got a light
running in horizontal line what makes them to auto-centrate
lids over the shafts with less mechanical waste.
