Superficie hidrófuga, Sistema de revestimiento, EnduroShield
EnduroShield para vidrio es un sistema de revestimiento de protección permanente que crea pantallas
hidrófugas sobre todos los cristales de un edificio, tanto exteriores como interiores. La prueba de durabilidad
que se realizó simuló una vida útil de 10 años de uso en exteriores e interiores. Se aplicó utilizando el método
de rociado manual y de aplicación con un trapo, así como la aplicación con una pistola pulverizadora. Se
llevaron a cabo las siguientes pruebas sobre el revestimiento:
resistencia UV;
resistencia química;
resistencia a los cambios bruscos de temperatura;
resistencia mecánica;
propiedades adherentes.
Los resultados fueron los mismos para los dos métodos de aplicación. EnduroShield no necesita que se
utilice ningún tipo de producto postratamiento para garantizar su rendimiento. En el proceso de certificación
se incluyó la comprobación de todas las hojas de datos de seguridad y los requisitos de etiquetado del
producto de acuerdo con la referencia 2 PfG 1921/06.11 de TÜV Rheinland.
