08 EX MODEL APPLICATION
PLACES OF PRESENTATION:
- Request for authorization to return the holder of residence permit for study or stay expired, in the
process of renewal: will be presented in any public record in person or through forms of
representation.
- Request for authorization holder return of original residence or stay for initial studies in the process
of issuance of identity card abroad will be presented personally by the alien to the Immigration
Office, failing Police Station in the place where he has established his home.
DOCUMENTS (documents must be originals, which will be returned once collated copies):
In all cases, applications for approval are back on the official form (EX 08), original and copy
• Holder of authorization of residence or stay expired, pending renewal:
1. Full Passport or travel document or, where appropriate, registration certificate in force.
2. Residence permit for study or stay expired (or document in which the person consents to the
verification of thereof by the General Administration).
3. Application for renewal of residence or stay for studies (or document in which the person consents
to the verification of such information by the General Administration).
4. Proof that the package is a situation of need.
• Holder of a first residence permit or stay for initial studies, in the process of issuing identity card
abroad:
1. Full Passport or travel document or, where appropriate, registration certificate in force.
2. Favorable resolution of the initial application for a residence permit or residence permit for study
(or document in which the person consents to the verification of such information by the General
Administration).
3. Proof of that is still pending the issuance of the card (or document in which the person consents to
the verification of such information by the General Administration).
4. Proof that the package is a situation of need.
