POR EL CUAL SE NOMBRA AL CORONEL JUSTICIA MILITAR JOSÉ
DOMINGO DURÁN MARTÍNEZ, COMO MIEMBRO TITULAR DE LA SUPREMA
CORTE DE JUSTICIA MILITAR, EN REEMPLAZO DEL CORONEL JUSTICIA
MILITAR ÉDGAR OMAR MARTÍNEZ ALFONSO.

VISTO: La Nota No 9 del 1 de febrero de 2016, elevada por la Suprema Corte de
Justicia Militar, por el conducto jerárquico correspondiente ante el Ministerio
de Defensa Nacional (Expediente N° 286/2016); y
CONSIDERANDO: Que en la misma solicita el nombramiento del Coronel Justicia
Militar José Domingo Durán Martínez, como Miembro Titular de
la Suprema Corte de Justicia Militar, en reemplazo del Coronel
Justicia Militar Édgar Ornar Martínez Alfonso, de conformidad
con el Artículo 4° de la Ley No 840/1980, «Orgánica de los
Tribunales Militares» .
.Que la Dirección General de Asuntos Jurídicos del Ministerio de
Defensa Nacional, se expidió favorablemente según Dictamen
N° 159, del 22 de febrero de 2016, habiendo tomado razón la
Dirección General del Talento Humano del citado Ministerio a
través del Informe N° 122/2016.
POR TANTO, en ejercicio de sus atribuciones constitucionales,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPÚBLICA DEL PARAGUAY
DECRETA:
Art. 1°.- Nómbrase al Coronel Justicia Militar José Domingo Durán Martínez, como
Miembro Titular de la Suprema Corte de Justicia Militar, en reemplazo del
Coronel Justicia Militar Édgar Ornar Martínez Alfonso.
Art. 2°.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el Ministro de Defensa Nacional.
