Se ha recibido de la Misión Permanente de los Estados Unidos la
siguiente comunicación, de fecha 30 de abril de 1986.

para su inclusión en la Sexta Certificación.

Dicha lista responde a la ampliación de los productos comprendidos en
el Acuerdo sobre el Comercio de Aeronaves Civiles. De conformidad con el
artículo 2.1.3 del Acuerdo, las adjuntas concesiones y rectificación de la
nomenclatura quedan incorporadas a la Lista XX - Estados Unidos de América.
Estas modificaciones se basan en la nomenclatura de la Lixta XX adjunta al
Protocolo de Ginebra (1979) anexo al Acuerdo General sobre Aranceles
Aduaneros y Comercio. Las concesiones entraron en vigor el 29 de abril
de 1985.
Si en el plazo de tres meses contados a partir de la fecha del
presente documento no se notifica ninguna objeción a la Secretaría, se
considerarán aprobadas las rectificaciones de la Lista XX - Estados Unidos,
y se las incluirá en la Sexta Certificación de Modificaciones Introducidas
en la Listas.

The following list is authentic only in Che English language.
The signatories to the Agreement on Trade in Civil Aircraft in a decisión
recorded March 22, 1984, agreed to an expansión of the products covered
by the Agreement, and thereby accorded duty-free treatment.
In light of this decisión, and in accordance with article 2.1.3 of the
Agreement, the following' concessions and related nomenclature rectifications
are incorporated in Schedule XX - United States of America. These
modifications are based on the nomenclature of Schedule XX annexed to the
Geneva (1979) Protocol to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
The concessions entered into forcé on April 29, 1985.
