SACMI CVS can in-line inspect a wide range of products at high speed to reject any defective parts which does not comply with customer quality standards. Lids, preforms, caps and labels are inspected in Caps and Preforms cavity recognition several points of the production line. Defects as well as position, misshape, outsize, wrong and fading colors, holes, scratches and threads are constantly monitored. Each item classified with defects is ejected or marked. The data on defects displayed on the monitor are statistically classified, stored, printed out, used for alarms or sent to a plant supervisor in order to provide analysis on efficiency of production line. SACMI CVS are based on the latest computing and image processing technologies.
