SACMI CVS brings quality, value and growth for
SACMI clients through continuous improvements in
production process inspections, exploiting all most
up-to-date vision technologies.
SACMI inspection mission is to offer complete
tailored solutions for quality control for the Beverage
and Packaging market, targeting primarily plastic and
crown caps, preforms, bottles, labels, lids, tin cans,
pharma vials and other containers.
SACMI CVS can in-line inspect a wide range of products
at high speed to reject any defective parts which does
not comply with customer quality standards.
The goal SACMI CVS achieves, is to allow clients to
have a better quality product, cut costs, and increase
production through customized solutions that will
grant the optimum cost/benefit ratio and the shortest
pay back period.
Lids, preforms, caps and labels are inspected in

several points of the production line. Defects as well as
position, misshape, outsize, wrong and fading colors,
holes, scratches and threads are constantly monitored.
Each item classified with defects is ejected or marked.
The data on defects displayed on the monitor are
statistically classified, stored, printed out, used for
alarms or sent to a plant supervisor in order to provide
analysis on efficiency of production line.
SACMI CVS are based on the latest computing and
image processing technologies.
Inspection is always presented in a window-like
graphic environment, which allows the SACMI CVS to
be operated and managed by unsupervised and basicskilled personnel.

El CVS de SACMI puede ser instalado en línea de

productos a gran velocidad y rechazando las piezas

Tapas, preformas, envases y
etiquetas son
inspeccionados en varios puntos de la línea de
producción.
Defectos como posición, deformación, dimensiones
fuera de rango, colores equivocados y/o desteñidos,
agujeros, arañazos y desgastes son constantemente
monitoreados. Cada elemento detectado como
defectuoso será expulsado de la línea o marcado.
Los datos con la información de los defectos son
mostrados en pantalla, clasificados estadísticamente
y almacenados en archivos, se les puede imprimir y
usar para activar alarmas o enviarse al supervisor de
la planta para el análisis de eficiencia de la línea de
producción.
Los sistemas CVS de SACMI están basados en
la más reciente tecnología computarizada para el
procesamiento de imágenes.
El resultado de la inspección es permanentemente
presentado en pantalla en ambiente gráfico, con lo
que el CVS puede ser operado y administrado sin
supervisión y por personal de habilidad básica.

Les produits sont inspectés à très haute vitesse et
toute les pièces défectueuses et non conformes sont
rejetées par le système. Les produits come les fonds/
boites, préformes, bouteilles, étiquettes peuvent être
inspectes en plusieurs points en long de la ligne pour
une constante maitrise de la production.
En sortie le système produit des données statistiques
sur les defauts et la production. Ces données sont
classifiées, et sauvegardées et peuvent etre imprimes
ou utilisees pour la gestion des alarmes ou distribuées
au sein du système de supervision de l’etablissement.
