El ICSC recibirá hasta septiembre 18, 2015 las solicitudes de cancelación, las cuales deben
ser notificadas por escrito y serán rembolsadas por completo menos un cargo de USD $50. A
partir de esa fecha, no se aceptaran cancelaciones pero podrán realizarse sustituciones. Las
sustituciones deben notificarse por escrito hasta octubre 2. Para mayor información contactar
a Cecile Roca a [email protected] o llamar al +1 646 728 3531.
Cancellation requests received in writing by ICSC no later than September 18, 2015, will be
reimbursed minus a fee of USD $50. After September 18, cancellations will not be accepted
but substitutions can be made. Substitution changes must be made in writing by October 2.

Descuentos para grupos / Group discounts
Para el descuento de grupo, los participantes deben ser de la misma organización y el ICSC
debe recibir el formulario de inscripción y el pago al mismo tiempo.
3-5 participantes: 10% de descuento. 6-9 participantes: 12% de descuento. 10 o más
participantes: 15% de descuento.
Los descuentos para grupos no son válidos para participantes registrados como estudiantes
miembros del ICSC. Para registrase en grupo, el formulario de inscripción debe ser
completado con la información de cada asistente y enviado a Cecile Roca a [email protected].
Registros en línea no son válidos para el descuento de grupo.
