Si el/la maestro/a ha cumplido con los criterios de la licencia estatal para los prados
y las asipratruas en las que el maestro provee la instnrcci6o
Si el/la maestro/a estd enseiando bajo un estatus de emergencia u otro estatus
provisional a trav6s del cual las calificaciones de los criterios de la licencia estatal
han sido excusadas.
La concentraci6n principal del tinrlo universitario de bachillerato deVde la
maestro/a y otra certificaci6n o titulo de post prado que posee ellla rnaestro/a y el
carnpo de disciplina de la certificaci6n o titulo.
Si su hijo/a est6 recibiendo servicios de para-profesionales y si es asi sus
calificaciones.
Usted serd notificado por escrito si su hijo/a ha sido asiperado/a o ha sido enseiado/a
por nis de cuatro sernanas consecutivas por un maestro que no ha cunrplido con el
criterio de "altauente calificado" del Acta Ningin Niito Dejado Atr.is. La ioformaci6l
con relaci6n a las calificaciones deVde la maestro/a de su hijo/a y/o los paraprofesionales del sal6n de clases pueden obteuerse deVde la directora/a de la escuela
de su hijo/a.
Tenga por sepnuo que las escuelas del Condado de Polk est:in dedicadas a proveer a
srs hijos rura educaci6n de calidad.
