3.- Evolución doctrinal del pensamiento estratégico ruso.
4.- Evolución de la política exterior de Rusia desde 1991 hasta hoy:
a) Boris Yeltsin (1991-1999): la definición de un nuevo estado.
b) Vladimir Putin (1999/2000-2008): el renacimiento imperial.
c) Dmitri Medvedev (2008-2012): la conservación del legado.
d) El retorno de Putin.
