Alcohol and alcoholic beverages. 9 October Peru Strategy on services to taxpayers 16 November Page � 5 � OTHER IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES DATE ACTIVITY 2-5 April The meeting of the World Customs Organisation Financial Committee was held in Brussels. 12-13 April The Director of the Spanish Customs and Excises Department, along with the Deputy Director-General of International Relations, attended the WCO Customs Director Conference for the European Region held in Baku (Azerbaijan). 25-27 June The Deputy Director-General of International Relations attended the meeting of the WCO Policy Commission held in Brussels. 28-30 June 25-27 April 24-25 May The Director of the Spanish Customs and Excises Department, along with the Deputy Director-General of International Relations, attended the meeting of the WCO Customs Cooperation Council held in Brussels. The Director of the Spanish Customs and Excises Department, along with the Deputy Director-General of International Relations, attended the 33rd meeting of National Customs Directors from Latin America, Spain and Portugal held in Punta del Este (Uruguay). The Director of the Spanish Customs and Excises Department, along with the Deputy Director-General of International Relations, attended the meeting of the EU, Croatia and Turkey Customs Directors' Club held in Malta. 7 June The launch of the BluemassMed project held in Brussels was attended by the Spanish Delegation led by the Assistant Director of Customs Surveillance. 5-6 July The Director of the Spanish Customs and Excises Department, along with the Deputy Director-General of International Relations, attended the meeting of the Customs Policy Group (members) held in Brussels. 18-20 September The course on strategic goods detection, organised by the US Department of Energy, was held in Barcelona. 24-25 September The trilateral meeting of the Customs Directors-General from France, Italy and Spain was held in Seville. 18 October Meeting of the Customs Policy Group (alternate members) held in Brussels. 12-13 December Meeting of the Customs Policy Group (members) held in Brussels. 10 October A visit to the Hungarian Customs and Excises Director-General was carried out by the Director of the Spanish Customs and Excises Department, along with the Deputy Director-General of International Relations. 11-12 October The Director of the Spanish Customs and Excises Department, along with the Deputy Director-General of International Relations, attended the High-Level Seminar on Customs Cooperation with Eastern European countries held in Kiev.
