RESEARCHERS WANTED IN COMPUTER SCIENCES
The National Polytechnic School (EPN) and the Prometeo Project seek experts in computer
sciences to work on several projects concerning the creation of the PhD program in Computer
Sciences.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS




To hold a Ph.D. degree
To reside outside of Ecuador at the time of application
Strong language skills in Spanish / English
Solid experience in research and teaching related to a PhD program in Computer Science
FIELDS OF SPECIALTY
Researcher in Smart Systems
Junior or senior researcher with at least three years of experience in the development of research
projects in the area of Smart Systems.
Researcher in Software Engineering
Junior or senior researcher with at least three years of experience in the development of research
projects in the field of Software Engineering.
Researcher at Information Systems
Junior or senior researcher with at least three years of experience in the development of research
projects in the field of Information Systems.
Researcher in Information Security
Junior or senior researcher with at least three years of experience in the development of research
projects in the field of Information Security.

Nota: La institución escogerá entre los postulantes preseleccionados a esta convocatoria, aquel o
aquellos que sean más idóneos para desarrollar el proyecto propuesto. Una vez se realice la
selección final se pondrá en contacto con la institución para revisar detalles del trabajo y procesos
de vinculación.
Los perfiles preseleccionados que no sean elegidos por la institución que realice la convocatoria,
serán difundidos entre las otras instituciones durante 6 meses con la finalidad de encontrar otra
posible institución de acogida.
