SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HIGH STUDENT PERFORMANCE
Both the school represented by the teacher, and the parent realize that the responsibility for this student to meet the State of
Texas’s high performance standards must be shared. The school, the parent and the student realize the importance of regular
communication. To this end, we agree to do the following to support this child’s education:

and respect.
10. Provide 24 hour notice to parents
regarding tutoring and detention.

time and remains until dismissal.
2. Ensure drop off time is after 7:30a.m.
and pick up time is no later than
4:45p.m., with consideration of assigned
after school activities.
3. Make sure that homework is completed.
4. Participate in decisions relating to the
education of the child, such as school
board elections, PTA meetings, schoolrelated meetings and surveys.
5. Attend a parent-teacher conference, at
least annually, and at the request of the
teacher.
6. Volunteer in the child’s school when
possible.
7. Make sure extracurricular time and
activities are positive.
8. Communicate the importance of staying
in school and doing his/her best.
9. Report any safety concerns to campus
Administrator.

such as, telephone number, address etc.,
to school personnel.

La escuela, representada por maestra o maestro, y los padres admiten que deben compartir la responsabilidad de que dicho estudiante
alcance la medida de desempeño que fija el estado. Ambos, la escuela, padres, y estudiantes admiten la importancia de comunicarse
regularmente. Con este fin, estamos de acuerdo en hacer lo siguiente para apoyar la educacion de dicho estudiantes.
