Maintain an excellent academic, attendance and discipline status by practicing good study skills, showing responsibility and respect,
coming to school daily and on time and following school and classroom rules and expectations.
Student – Spanish
Mantener un estatus excelente en las areas de asistencia, disciplina, y academia a traves de buenos habitos de estudio, demonstando
resposabilidad y respeto, asistiendo a clases diariamente y a tiempo, y siguiendo las reglas y expectativas del salon y de la escuela.
Parent – English
Provide the necessary supplies needed to complete school assignments. Show support by participating in school activities and events.
Praise student for his/her accomplishments and successes. Monitor grades and attendance on a consistent basis. Motivate student to
achieve his/her maximum potential maintain open lines of communication with all teachers.
Parent – Spanish
Asegure que su hija/hijo asista aia escuela. Debe llegar a tiempo, bien vestido y descansado, con todos los materiales necessarios. Leer
con su hijo/hija. El amor a los libros es ensenanza importante para toda la vida. Hablar de las actividades de la escuela. Anime a su
hija/hijo en las clases y que hable con usted o aiguien se tiene problemas. Establecer un lugar y hora de estudiar. Trate de reducir las
distraciones y repas las tareas para que sean completas. Informese de horario de tutoria. Estar pendiente de dias de reportes y
conferencias. Repase las calificaciones con su hija/hijo

To provide an education of the highest quality for all students at Jefferson High School, every effort will be made to: 1) ensure the safety
and well being of all students, 2) ensure that all faculty and staff treat students with courtesy, respect, and the individual attention they
deserve, 3) maintain rigorous standards of academic excellence that prepare students for college and career, including courses taught at
the college level, 4) address ‘the whole child’ by providing an environment that is academically challenging, that includes enhancement
with arts, technology, and the basic personal qualities of honesty, integrity, respect for others, responsibility, self confidence, creativity, and
collaboration.

Para proveer una educacion de la mejor calidad para todos los estudianes en la escuela Jefferson, se hara todo el esfuerzo para 1)
asegurar la seguridad y bienestar de todos los estudiantes, 2) asegurar que todos los empleados tratan a los estudiantes con cortesia,
respecto, y la atencion que merecen, 3) mantener el mejor nivel de excelencia academica que va a preparar los estudiantes para el
colegio y su carera, incluyendo cursos cuales estan ensenados en el colegio, 4) tratar "el estudiante completo" con proporcionando un
ambiente que esta mejorado con arte, tecnologia y las basicas calidades de honradez, integridad, respecto hacia otros, responsabilidad,
confidencia, creatividad y colaboracion.
