The New Evangelization
Answer the call!
Central to the teachings of Blessed John Paul II and Pope Benedict VI is the new evangelization, a call
echoed in the US Bishops’ pastoral statement, “Disciples Called to Witness”. The invitation, today, is
reaffirmed by Pope Francis. The Church is calling for new methods and venues for Catholics to re-connect
to their faith in Christ. This includes the “tried and true” but also stretches us to respond innovatively with
new technology and other means to announce the timeless message of the Gospel.

Come to hear about best practices and methods for The New Evangelization from experienced leaders.
Sessions will be conducted in Spanish, English and Bilingually.

La Nueva Evangelización
¡Contesta el llamado!
La nueva evangelización es central a las enseñanzas del Beato Juan
Pablo II y del Papa Benedicto VI, un llamado que ha hecho eco en la
declaración pastoral de los Obispos de Estados Unidos, “Discípulos
llamados a dar testimonio”. El Papa Francisco reafirma hoy, la invitación.
La iglesia está llamando a nuevos métodos y lugares para que los católicos
se reconecten con su fe en Cristo. Esto incluye “lo que hemos probado
y ha funcionado” pero también nos hace esforzarnos a responder de
manera innovadora con nueva tecnología y otros medios para anunciar
el imperecedero mensaje del Evangelio.
