La Universidad Simón Bolívar es una institución dedicada a la formación integral
en los campos de las ciencias, las humanidades y la tecnología, a la investigación
científica y a la promoción del desarrollo cultural e ideológico de la sociedad,
formando lideres y dirigentes con responsabilidad ética, compromiso histórico y
con el propósito de fortalecer la identidad regional, nacional y latinoamericana. Se
articula a este proyecto desde todas sus instancias con la revista digital
DESARROLLO GERENCIAL,
órgano de difusión científica de la Universidad
Simón Bolívar.
A través de este órgano se Divulga la producción intelectual y la investigación para
el desarrollo de las diferentes, disciplinas, actualmente se encuentra indexada por
Publindex en categoría C.
Nuestro equipo de colaboradores está dedico al
fortalecimiento de la calidad científica y editorial.
DESARROLLO
GERENCIAL,
circula
en
presentación
electrónica,
semestralmente a partir del mes de Septiembre de 2009. Busca convertirse en
un medio que posibilite la publicación de artículos científicos, de revisión teórica,
cortos, reportes de caso, revisión bibliográfica y reflexiones de autores invitados
a nivel nacional e internacional, para
liderar un espacio de promoción del
desarrollo científico, el aprendizaje y el desarrollo empresarial desde la Región
del Caribe Colombiano.
Es un instrumento para la socialización del

Presentation
Universidad Simón Bolívar is an institution dedicated to the integral formation in the
fields of sciences, humanities and technology; as well as the scientific investigation
and to the promotion of the cultural and ideological development of the society,
forming leaders with ethical responsibility, historical commitment and with the
intention of strengthening the regional, national and Latin-American identity. It is
articulated to this project from all its Departments with the digital
journal
DESARROLLO GERENCIAL, which is a body of scientific dissemination of
Universidad Simón Bolívar.
Through this scientific journal, intellectual production and research for the
development of the different disciplines; currently, DESARROLLO GERENCIAL
journal is indexed by Publindex as category C. Our team of collaborators is
dedicated to the strengthening of the scientific and publishing quality.
DESARROLLO GERENCIAL journal circulates every six months in electronic
format, from September 2009. It aims to become a means that enables the
publication of scientific articles, theoretical reviews, short articles, case reports,
bibliographical review and considerations of authors invited at national and
international levels; in order to lead a space of promotion of scientific development,
learning and managerial development from the Colombian Caribbean Region. It is
an instrument for the socialization of knowledge of the academic communities that
includes the Faculty; as well as a space for reflection and critical debate for the
