Our mission dates back to 1958, and maintains its relevance today while also keeping an eye on the future. The association continues to encourage lifelong learning for executives, with a focus on the human and social values that the school has always upheld. We also seek to continue providing meeting points where members can network and strengthen lasting ties. We enjoy the continued support of the school and its faculty members, who are always eager to share their latest research findings with graduates. Similarly, we must energetically seek to contribute to the development of the association’s activities all over the world. I sincerely thank all members for their continued support in this regard. I invite you to review this report and learn about the many IESE Alumni Association activities that have taken place over the past year. Best regards, Antonio González-Adalid (MBA ‘75) Annual Report 2008-2009 3 The Continuous Education Program the IESE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MISSION To bring together alumni who seek to maintain ties with IESE, promoting ongoing education activities and encouraging collaboration among themselves and with the school. In an increasingly global environment, the program is extending its presence in various countries around the world, thanks to the encouragement and continual support of our alumni chapters. During the 2008-2009 school year a total of 191 sessions were held with an attendance of 21,303 participants. Thus, as reflected in the attached tables, in the case of Spain there is a clear increase in the number of attendees, despite having been more selective in the total sessions offered this year. There has been a significant increase in average attendance per session, 153 attendees, which is up 27.5 percent from 2006-2007. Internationally, during the 2008-2009 academic year the Continuous Education Program reflects the efforts made during the past two years to boost the activity of the association’s flagship service. The Continuous Education Program outside Spain has grown by 64.5 percent over the past 3 years in terms of the number of participants, with a total of 3,076 attendees. Ultimately, and as can be seen in the attached data, the association has maintained a steady pace of growth outside Spain since 2007. This year, 72 meetings were held in 28 different cities with 3,076 attendees representing an increase of 64.5 percent in the number of participants and 45 percent in the number of sessions over the 2006-2007. In addition, significant savings in the use of facilities have been made through sponsorships in sessions taught outside of Spain. We greatly appreciate our alumni’s support in making these venues available, which has made possible this increase in international activity. And we take this opportunity to invite you to continue helping us to ensure that our activities keep expanding. Annex I details the specifics of the Continuous Education Program sessions. During the 2008-2009 academic year, 38 Short Focused Programs, 10 industry meetings and 3 seminars were held. 8 IESE Alumni Association 2008 Global Alumni Reunion 2008 GLOBAL ALUMNI REUNION The IESE Global Alumni Reunion, our hallmark annual event, is a meeting point for learning from peers, teachers and other invited speakers, and it is also a wonderful opportunity for meeting up with old friends. The 47th edition of the Global Alumni Reunion was held in Madrid on October 23 and 24, under the theme “The New Dynamics of Global Business.” It was the culmination of all the activities which the association carried out related to the school’s 50th anniversary. Professors José Manuel Campa and Juan José Toribio were the academic directors. Moreover, prominent business leaders and academics shared their knowledge and experiences with 3,177 alumni from 49 countries (of which 1,000 joined online), which once again demonstrates the association’s global scope. The atmosphere was cordial and relaxed, as always, was also charged with a valid concern about financial events on the international stage, as evidenced in successive sessions and colloquiums. EVENT IN MADRID On the eve of the academic sessions, Ms. Esperanza Aguirre, President of the Community of Madrid, gave a welcoming reception in the seat of the autonomous Madrid community. It was an enjoyable opportunity for alumni and their spouses to mingle. There are now a total of 1,366 senior members. 14 IESE Alumni Association News: Launch of the Alumni Portal Communication: ALUMNI PORTAL LAUNCHED After surveying Alumni Association members regarding the association’s communication strategy, we launched a new portal in order to continue strengthening ties with our alumni, boost involvement in the Continuous Education Program, increase association membership figures, keep closer communication and provide members access to all knowledge generated by IESE. By offering a simple and intuitive navigation, more tools and a theme-based structure, over 8 million pages have been visited since January 2009, up 39 percent since 2008. Here are some of the salient features of the four major areas around which the portal is structured: Continuous Education: This section includes the main service of the association, the Continuous Education Program, as well as access to all IESE knowledge, through the IESE Insight portal. Two out of three members who enrolled in a Continuous Education Program session did so online. The portal also offers access to the calendar of meetings being set up around the world, the documentation for the meetings and a feature for adding guests. The e-conferences received 18,390 visits during the academic year. July 2009 saw the launch of IESE’s new management publication, IESE Insight Review, which is sent to all members via e-mail. This quarterly magazine features in-depth articles with a practical focus written by international experts, and it is published entirely online. The alumni community has expressed great satisfation with this new resource. International Community: This section allows alumni to stay in touch with each other through the alumni directory and virtual communities. From here you can also access all the events promoted by the association worldwide. • This year, 84 virtual communities have been created. During 2010 virtual communities will be created for each Regional Chapter and for all graduating classes that request it. • Advanced search features have been added to the Alumni Directory. • All news items include a “Send to a friend” option. Career Development: The site provides a robust platform for managing Career Development support services for members. This section of the site has received the greatest number of hits, with 56,900 visits since its launch (see details on page 18). Resources and Services: This section features all the services which the association offers its members. It includes the Alumni Magazine, access to e-mail, membership card advantages and the possibility of asking faculty members brief questions, among others. Annual Report 2008-2009 15 News: Launch of the Alumni Portal • The digital version of the Alumni Magazine is read by 6,000 alumni. • More than 22,800 alumni receive the Newsletter every month via e-mail. • Sixty alumni have requested a copy of their degree through the site. • Eighty-eight have addressed brief questions to IESE professors. COMMUNICATING WITH ALUMNI We have reviewed all digital and printed communications and promotional material, to ensure consistency in tone and message with the portal. This year over 30 different templates have been created for each Regional Chapter and both the content and layout of the alumni Newsletter has been re-designed. Content is decided based on our alumni’s interests and focuses on four major areas: continuous education, career development, knowledge of IESE and association news. The Newsletter averages 8,500 readers per month and triggers more than 2,500 visits to various IESE links such as programs, publications, etc. 16 IESE Alumni Association Publications PUBLICATIONS Alumni are kept informed of activities and developments in IESE research through various publications. ECONOMIC OVERVIEW This monthly publication, published in English and Spanish, is one of the services which members value most. Each month, professors from IESE’s Department of Economics review the state of the global economy with interesting and readable opinion pieces, providing an academic overview of the latest economic changes. The hard copy of Economic Overview is sent to all Alumni members in Spain, and back issues are available on the association website. IESE Insight IESE Insight is IESE’s knowledge portal. It offers access to studies, case studies and teaching materials developed by IESE professors and researchers. A free monthly e-newsletter is sent out to subscribers highlighting the latest developments. http://insight.iese.edu ALUMNI MAGAZINE The Alumni Magazine is a quarterly report on developments around IESE. Its content is divided into three main section which combine research, information and services. www.ee-iese.com [email protected] The Alumni Newsletter, published monthly, offers a summary of planned activities organized by the school and the Alumni Association worldwide. This electronic publication makes it easy for alumni to stay in touch with the association, make inquiries and provide suggestions. IESE INSIGHT MAGAZINE This quarterly online management magazine features in-depth articles by international experts from a practical perspective. Annual Report 2008-2009 17 Career Development Support CAREER DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT With assistance from the Managing People in Organizations Department at IESE and the Career Planning Support Committee comprising members with expertise in this area who share their knowledge and advice, the Alumni Association has expanded and added new services related our members’ career development in the following four main areas. SELF-KNOWLEDGE AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT In order to support members in developing their managerial skills, find areas for professional improvement and explore avenues for personal growth, various exclusive online programs have been added to the Alumni site. There is also the possibility of receiving direct support via meetings with IESE faculty in the Managing People in Organizations Department. The Alumni portal makes it possible to schedule face-to-face or virtual meetings to share the results of previously assigned tasks. This structured advisory network is led by IESE faculty, and in all cases the first consultation is free. The different types of meetings offered include: Diagnostic Interview: A personal support interview may be requested to explain one’s personal situation, priorities and interests in order to receive career guidance and counseling. Professional Coaching: The aim of this service is to enhance executives’ self-knowledge, lead to the discovery of personal challenges to improve their competence profile, and offer tools for overcoming them. It features the academic direction of Professor Paul Clarke. Life Coaching: This type of coaching is ideal in times of change and uncertainty and is headed by Professor Nuria Chinchilla. It is a process of support for decision making at various stages of career and personal paths, from the integrated overview of the different spheres of life (professional, personal, family, social, etc.) SUCCEED PLATFORM The SUCCEED platform, developed with support from the Department of Career Services for its initial design, allows IESE members to review and plan their careers and personal paths by focusing on seven stages. The stages are not meant to be in chronological order. Users may follow any order or focus only on what interests them. 18 IESE Alumni Association Career Development Support The seven SUCCEED stages are: Self-assessment: allows an assessment of foundational life and career issues, since knowing oneself is the first step towards improvement. Understanding the market: knowing the market in advance facilitates the exploration of the various possibilities. Taking advantage of the professional experience of others is also very useful. Choosing your options: Developing a career plan with the right approach is crucial. Ideally, your job should be something you enjoy. Creating your brand: knowing how to sell your track record is as important as knowing your ideal job. Having the right tools and knowing how to use this is essential for this. Executing your action plan: setting medium-term goals and marking them on a calendar can be very useful: the more clear and concrete the plan of action is, the greater its effectiveness. A good network of contacts should also be developed and maintained. Evaluating your opportunities: before making a decision, all factors should be considered. Knowing them in advance opens up good negotiation opportunities. Developing your future career plan: when setting out on a new career, short and long term reviews should be carried out to see if professional targets are being met. Since the new Alumni Portal was launched a few months ago, services have grown steadily. The interactive platform, available in two languages (Spanish and English), will continue to expand to meet the needs and interests of association members. Content and programs are added regularly, thanks to research carried out by the Department of Managing People in Organizations at IESE. CAREER WORKSHOPS In addition to one-on-one work with the personalized advice of IESE faculty members, Alumni members have career-focused Continuous Education workshops which give them the opportunity to improve their skills. During the 2008-2009 academic year 11 sessions were held at the Madrid and Barcelona campuses, with a total of 1,892 participants. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND ENHANCED JOB DATABASE Under “Career Opportunities,” users can perform customized searches by sector, area, salary range, location, etc. The system lets users save their preferences for future reference. In 2008-2009 1,500 job offers were posted. Annual Report 2008-2009 19 Membership MEMBERSHIP At the end of the 2008-2009 school year the association had a membership rate of 42 percent. Alumni profiles are becoming increasingly diverse, in keeping with the high proportion of international students taking part in the school’s programs which make the association increasingly more global. The Alumni community from outside Spain now accounts for almost 14 percent of the total, with 4,244 alumni, sustained 12 percent year-on-year growth and over 90 countries represented, as outlined by Regional Chapters in the table. Membership was up from 2006, but dropped slightly by 0.7 percent this academic year as compared with 2007, due primarily to the impact of the global crisis, which has also affected our alumni community. Because this decline was expected, in January 2009 the executive committee approved a series of measures to prevent an even greater drop. • Members were given the option of paying their fee in split payments. • Each membership cancellation is followed up personally and the cause for cancellation, whether personal or professional, is determined. • New career services are launched to support all members who are suffering the effects of the crisis in the workplace (see detail in the Career Development Support section). Thanks to these measures, together with considerable effort in pursuing alternative sources of income (sponsorship, partnerships with public and private entities, etc.) the association has seen a 7.2 percent increase in its income (see Financial Information chapter for details). 20 IESE Alumni Association Membership ALUMNI BY REGIONAL CHAPTERS * Alumni 2006-2007 2007-2008 2008-2009 SPAIN Andalusia Aragon Balearic Islands Catalonia Galicia Levante Madrid Navarre, Basque Country, La Rioja 23,766 416 715 267 10,216 369 1,309 9,171 1,303 25,001 440 785 302 10,638 387 1,377 9,737 1,335 26,291 474 821 304 11,075 384 1,452 10,350 1,431 EUROPE Germany Belgium & Luxembourg France Italy Netherlands Scandinavian Countries Poland Portugal United Kingdom Russia Switzerland Rest of Europe 1,751 224 63 98 80 112 162 109 79 343 103 378 1,936 254 77 104 83 128 164 148 91 368 65 118 336 2,126 277 76 108 98 141 169 193 105 403 138 139 279 AMERICAS Argentina & Uruguay Brazil Canada Chile Colombia United States Mexico Peru 1,164 116 224 40 165 54 343 141 81 1,290 121 282 42 178 58 381 143 85 1,455 129 339 47 191 60 447 156 86 ASIA China India Japan 87 41 2 44 121 48 21 52 150 64 30 56 REST OF WORLD 391 440 493 Alumni w/o data 1,322 1,363 1,606 TOTAL 28,481 30,151 30,511 Membership Enrollment 41.68% 42.67% 41.91% * Does not include deceased alumni. Includes Alumni Office expenses, facilities, services, telecommunications, IT, administration and maintenance. The association’s total revenues have increased 7.2 percent, largely due to a substantial effort in the pursuit of sponsorships, which have increased by 31.5 percent over 2007-2008, and some increase in the membership fees, mostly due to the yearly fee increase. An effort has been made to contain costs while still moving ahead with the many projects and activities planned for this academic year. However total cost has gone up by 8.9 percent due to improvements in media communication with members, the alumni portal, materials for supporting membership drives, the biennial MBA Alumni Reunion in Madrid and the Global Alumni Meeting (more expensive than in 2007) at IESE’s Barcelona campus. The Continuous Education Program is the association’s core activity. In an increasingly global environment, the program is strengthening its presence in different countries, thanks to the encouragement and support from Regional Chapters. During the 2008-09 academic year, 191 sessions were 22 IESE Alumni Association Financial Report held in over 25 countries, with a total of 21,303 attendees and a total expenditure of 284,127 euros. Regional Chapter costs have also increased due to additional international activity in the Continuous Education Program. Another important item of expenditure has been the Global Alumni Reunion, which in October 2008 was held in Madrid, with a total cost 397,570 euros. In addition to this annual meeting, IESE developed various programs and promotional meetings, including the MBA Alumni Reunion, held every two years, for a cost of under 37,091 euros. Overall benefits have also been enhanced, with new added new services, most notably the launch of the new alumni portal and the new digital directory, the creation of virtual communities, the launch of the new management magazine, IESE Insight, and the creation of new content (the SUCCEED platform) and new services (personalized attention to members). Annual Report 2008-2009 23 Driving IESE Projects from the Association leading IESE PROJECTS The association contributes to key areas such as development for new teachers, granting scholarships and driving research. With these and other initiatives, alumni have contributed to IESE’s top ranking among the best business schools in the world. As in previous years, the Executive Committee proposes the allocation of surplus, which is ratified by the Governing Board. For the 2008-2009 academic year surplus has been allocated as shown in the financial report. SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MBA PROGRAM STUDENTS Reflecting the association’s commitment to the academic preparation of young entrepreneurs and managers, each year scholarships are awarded to MBA candidates from around the world with top academic and professional track records. The scholarships cover 50 percent of tuition fees for the first and second years of the program. This year, eight students were awarded a total of 124,000 euros. RESEARCH EXCELLENCE AWARDS In order to support the research work of IESE professors, in 2002 the association established the Research Excellence Awards. These recognize work carried out by the school’s faculty. Specifically, awards are given in the following categories: best article published in an academic journal, best book and best course or set of teaching materials with obvious impact on students. The jury comprises a representative of the association’s Executive Committee and IESE faculty members. In 2008-2009, the alumni members of the jury were Antonio Gonzalez-Adalid, MBA ‘75, Aurora Catá, MBA ‘89; Alejandro Beltrán, MBA ‘98; and Javier Robles, PDG ‘90. The professors on the jury were Rafael Andreu and Josep Valor. The award recipients in 2008 were: 24 IESE Alumni Association Driving IESE Projects from the Association Pankaj Ghemawat • Professor of Strategic Management at IESE • Anselmo Rubiralta Strategy and Globalization Chair at IESE • Ph.D. in Business Administration, Harvard University Professor Ghemawat received the award for his book, Redefining Global Strategy, which deals with how the majority of economic activities -direct investments, tourism, communication, etc.- take place locally, not internationally. In this “semi-globalized” world, common strategies have no chance. Instead, companies must deal with these cross-border differences. In his book, Ghemawat shows how to do it. He provides tools to analyze the cultural, administrative, geographic and economic differences between countries from an industrial perspective; identifies the most significant issues, measuring the crossborder implications of certain actions for the creation of value for companies; and offers guidelines for superior performance with strategies geared toward adaptation (adjusting to changes), aggregation (overcoming differences) and arbitrage (exploiting differences), and by compound targets. Pedro Nueno • Professor of Entrepreneurship at IESE • Bertran Foundation Chair of Entrepreneurship at IESE • Chengwei Ventures Chair, Professor of Entrepreneurship, CEIBS • Doctor of Business Administration, Harvard University • Industrial Engineer, Polytechnic University of Catalonia Professor Pedro Nueno received the award for his course “Entrepreneurship,” which he began teaching at IESE in 1974 as part of the MBA program, the first entrepreneurship course in Europe. Since its inception, about 4,000 students from the various MBA programs in IESE have taken the course and have drafted some 2,000 business plans. During this period, over 100 entrepreneurship cases have been published, many of them focusing on alumni endeavors. In 1999, the course climaxed with the launch of a venture capital fund called FINAVES, exclusively for IESE alumni. This fund has backed the launch of some 15 companies. The course objective is for students to have the opportunity to reflect upon themselves as entrepreneurs during their stay at IESE. He always insisted that an executive may also be an entrepreneur. Since 2009, the subject of entrepreneurship is also provided in executive programs at IESE. Josep Maria Rosanas • Professor of Accounting and Control, IESE • Doctor in Management Accounting and Informations Systems, Northwestern University • Nuclear engineer and Ph.D. in industrial engineering, Polytechnic University of Catalonia • MBA, IESE, Universidad de Navarra Professor Rosanas has been awarded for his article: “Beyond Economic Criteria: A Humanistic Approach to Organizational Survival,” published in the Journal of Business Ethics, 2007. There are many Annual Report 2008-2009 25 Driving IESE Projects from the Association theories about organizations that explain organizational phenomena more or less the same way, most of which lack consistency with each other. Most of them completely sidestep the ethical dimension, and learning. The article by Professor Rosanas establishes the basic principles for a theory of decision making in organizations, developing the ideas that IESE Professor Juan Antonio Pérez López introduced years ago. It is a humanistic vision of relations between two people (boss-subordinate, customer-supplier, or otherwise), in which what each learns in the relationship is considered crucial to the relationship in the future. This approach is then applied to organizations and their context, to show how immediate results cannot be the sole criterion for making proper decisions. We must also add the development of the distinctive competence of the organization, what it can do better than anyone and what gives it competitiveness, and its unity (i.e., people’s identification with the company). These three factors are the basis for the survival of the company in the long term and, in turn, integrate ethics into the decision-making process. Professor Rosanas’ research fits perfectly into the humanistic vision of the company so distinctive at IESE. RESEARCH PROJECTS A portion of the surplus of the Association has financed part of IESE’s research projects for a total of 469,927 euros. This significant contribution has allowed over 40 professors at IESE to develop and address various areas of knowledge during the 2008-2009 academic year, as detailed in Annex IV, which contains a short description of projects and teachers involved. FACULTY DEVELOPMENT The association has spent most of the surplus (928,216 euros) to the development of young teachers, and that claims it is one of the backbones and sustainability at IESE, where teaching and research work. See Annex V for a detailed list of the professors who have joined the IESE faculty in the past three years. 26 IESE Alumni Association Governing Bodies Government of the Association The association’s governance structure consists of an Executive Committee and a Governing Board which uphold the interest of all alumni to the utmost. The Executive Committee is the association’s executive body. Its work is carried out by individual committees that cover all the areas in which the association is active. It is also responsible for approving the association’s budget and presenting its annual financial statements to the Governing Board. The Governing Board holds yearly meetings to approve the annual report and settle accounts. It also gathers proposals and suggestions from the members present and alumni in general. All the school’s alumni are represented on the Board by their class President and Secretary and by the President and Vice President of their Regional Chapters. The election of President of the association took place at the association’s Governing Board Meeting, held on February 11, 2009, in keeping with the statutory requirements. Antonio González-Adalid was reelected for a second three-year term, and the new Executive Committee held its first meeting in April. It comprised the following alumni: EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE * President Antonio González-Adalid, Cartera Industrial Rea, MBA ‘75 Vice Presidents Joan Molins, Cementos Molins, PDG ‘71 Jorge Sendagorta, Sener Ingeniería y Sistemas, PADE ‘90 Board Members Salvador Alemany, Abertis, PDD ‘74 Juan Asúa, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, MBA ‘89 Carmen Becerril, Acciona, PADE ‘00 Alejandro Beltrán, McKinsey & Company, MBA ‘98 José Felipe Bertrán, Fundación Bertrán, PADE ‘65 Jordi Canals, IESE Aurora Catá, Seeliger y Conde, MBA ‘89 and PADE ‘03 Carlos Costa, The Boston Consulting Group, MBA ‘86 Antonio Esteve, Grupo Esteve, PDD ‘87 Baldomero Falcones, FCC, MBA ‘72 Joaquín Faura, Telefónica, MBA ‘78 William MacDonald, Livingstone Partners, MBA ‘92 Jordi Mercader, Agbar, MBA ‘69 Gloria Perrier-Chatelain, SAP Corporate, EMBA ‘93 Maria del Mar Raventós, Grupo Codorníu, PADE ‘01 Mireia Rius, IESE, MBA ‘94 Javier Robles, Danone, PDG ‘90 José Luis Rojas, Carat España, MBA ‘88 Maria del Pino Velázquez, Unísono Soluciones, MBA ‘91 Rafael Villaseca, Gas Natural, MBA ‘76 * as of November 2009. To provide better service to alumni, the association is organized geographically into Regional Chapters, each with its own Board. The Executive Committee delegates to the Chapter Boards all the functions they request and which are more appropriate for the effective functioning of the association. Furthermore, due to the increasing enrollment of international students to IESE programs, new Regional Chapters are being created to bring the association to more countries. 28 IESE Alumni Association Governing Bodies REGIONAL CHAPTERS Regional Chapter President Program Spain Andalusia Aragon Balearic Islands Catalonia Galicia Levante Madrid Navarra-Basque Country-La Rioja Pedro Guerrero Juan Antonio García Toledo Raúl González Antonio González-Adalid Luis Fernando Quiroga Iñigo Parra Jorge Sendagorta José Mª Aracama MBA ‘90 PDG ‘95 MBA ‘86 MBA ‘75 PADE ‘83 MBA ‘90 PADE ‘90 MBA ‘79 Europe Germany Belgium-Luxembourg France Italy Netherlands Nordic Countries Poland Portugal United Kingdom Russia Switzerland Alexander Mettenheimer Laurence Battaille Gloria Perrier Bruno Herlicq Marco Morgese Philip Alberdingk Svein Tryggestad Pietr Kaminsky Marcin Wyszmierski Luis Graça Chris Daniels Andrey Smirnov Bence Andras AMP ‘05 MBA ‘95 EMBA ‘93 MBA ‘00, until February 2009 MBA ‘03 MBA ‘89 MBA ‘94 AMP ‘07 MBA ‘04, until May 2009 PADE ‘01 MBA ‘00 GEMBA ‘07 AMP ‘07 Americas Argentina/Uruguay Brazil Canada Chile Colombia United States Mid-Atlantic Region South Atlantic Region West Atlantic Region Mexico Peru Mario Franzini Néstor Farias pending nomination Alfonso Soriano Lionel Olavarría Patricio Jottar Luis Fernando Jaramillo William Layton Alan Pace Clemencia Restrepo Robb Bittner Stuart Carlos Acedo Jorge Luis James Alberto Garro MBA ‘74 MBA ‘68, until February 2009 Asia China India Japan Myra Yu Vinay Kothari Akihiro Kasai MBA ‘99 MBA ‘92 MBA ‘03 MBA ‘84 MBA ‘75 MBA ‘88, until April 2009 MBA ‘86 MBA ‘95 MBA ‘94 MBA ‘71 MBA ‘98 MBA ‘88 MBA ‘92 MBA-88, until April 2009 Annual Report 2008-2009 29 Association Services ASSOCIATION SERVICES 1 2 3 4 CONTINUOUS EDUCATION Continuous Education Program E-Conferences and Podcasts Short Focused Programs and Industry Meetings Knowledge Portal - IESE Insight E-Resources IESE Publishing International Economic Overview INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY Regional Meetings Alumni Directory Virtual Communities IESE Global Alumni Reunion MBA Alumni Reunion Class Meetings Tribute to Senior Members PROFESSIONAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT Career Development Career Opportunities Database Advicing & Coaching Events and Seminars RESOURCES AND SERVICES E-mail Member Card Alumni Magazine IESE Insight Magazine Alumni Newsletter Consultation with Faculty Library Use of Facilities Diploma Requests Chaplaincy Annual Report 2008-2009 31 Annexes Annexes Annex I - Continuous Education Program Barcelona October 2008 • Un nuevo paradigma para la empresa.
