¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor reto profesional?
Convertirme en otra persona , esto lleva muchas veces a un
análisis profundo de las razones que llevan a alguien para
moverse como lo hace ,y reaccionar como lo hace.
What has been your main professional challenge?
To become someone else and to realize that we can change
the way we are perceived. A subsequent has been to
understand the many reasons why people act and react
differently.
¿Cuál ha sido tu mayor logro a la fecha?
Desde los 17 años, he tenido la suerte y la capacidad de ser
independiente para ayudar en mi casa vez de pedir ayuda,
sin duda esto cambio un poco mi carácter y k manera de
ver las cosas desde muy temprano.
And your greatest achievement to date?
For 17 years, I have been independent and I have had the
capacity of helping instead of asking for help, and this at a
very young age.
¿Qué te gustaría lograr profesionalmente?
Ampliar el rango de mi trabajo, seguramente buscar
series o películas pero mas importante que eso, usar mi
voz y tras las plataformas posibles para promover la
equidad de género e impactar la manera en la que los
mujeres están posiciona das en la economía y la
sociedad.
What would you like to achieve professionally?
While I would like to act in movies, I also want to use my
voice and all available platforms to help promote gender
equality and impact the way women are positioned in
the Economy and society.
¿Por qué decidiste asistir al Women’s Forum for
the Economy & Society?
Rodearme de personas que hablan de los temas que
me interesan.
Why have you decided to attend the Women’s
Forum for the Economy & Society?
To be surrounded by people talking about issues I am
very interested in.
¿La sede de México será tu primer foro? Si no, ¿qué
obtuviste de tus participaciones previas?
Tuve la oportunidad de asistir al Women's Forum Global
Meeting en 2014 y desde entonces, me uní al comité de
asesoría para el Women's Forum México 2016. La relación
que construí con mujeres líderes ha seguido creciendo y las
ideas que compartimos han ayudado a desarrollar planes
mas grandes. Para mi ha significado ser las vocera para el
desarrollo económico de Yucatán y prestar atención a
refugios para mujeres en el Estado de México.
Will Mexico be your first conference? If not, what did
you gain from your previous participation?
I attended the Women’s Forum Global Meeting in 2014 –
and I have joined the advisory board of the Women’s Forum
Mexico 2016 since then. The relationships I built there with
women leaders have kept growing; the ideas we shared
have helped us to bond and develop bigger plans…
For me, it has meant becoming part of the development of
Yucatan or paying attention to the development of shelters
for girls in the State of Mexico.
Si existiera alguna iniciativa que pudiera
realizarse para crear un mayor participación a
más mujeres en la economía y sociedad, ¿cuál
sería?
La educación de los hijos es una co-responsabilidad
entre los dos padres. Sensibilizar a todos los miembros
de la familia y repartir los recursos y oportunidades de
manera equitativa. Los hombres deben ser parte de
esta conversación.
If one thing should be done to incorporate more
women in the economy and society, what should
that be?
- the family and education of children need to be a coresponsibility among the two parents – and not just a
woman’s work
- men need to be invited into the conversation.
¿Quien es tu héroe o heroína ? ¿Por qué?
Mi papa. Además de ser la persona mas integra e

Don’t be static; be critical and move forward.

Vernos a nosotras mismas como un aliado en la vida,
trascendiendo el género y la edad. Aceptando la naturaleza
y condición de todos los diferentes momentos en nuestra
vida, hacer de todos ellos lo mejor posible.
A tip to increase women’s self confidence?
See yourself as your best ally. Transcending gender and
age issues, embrace the nature and condition of every
different moment in life, and make the best of it.

Posibles mentoras, mujeres a quien admiro y de quien
quiero seguir aprendiendo en el futuro.
Who would you ideally meet at the conference?
People who could mentor me and become new role models.
¿Cómo te visualizas haciendo la diferencia para las
mexicanas después de las conferencias?
Usando mi voz y toda plataforma posible, empoderar a las
mujeres para que sea vean a si mismas de manera diferente,
que persigan sus sueños sin importar quien cree en ellos.
How do you envision yourself making a difference for
women in Mexico after the conference?
By using my voice and platforms to empower more
Mexicans to see themselves differently, to really chase their
dreams and go after their goals no matter what men say
about it.
