Es un honor de la Administraci6n Municipal de Comerfo anunciar al priblico en
general, agenciasde gobierno, corporacionespriblicas y privadas que la Junta de
Planificaci6ndel EstadoLibre Asociadode PuertoRico medianteResoluci6nJP-PT43-2 del 17 de octubre de 2008 adopt6 el Plan de OrdenamientoTerritorial del
Municipio de Comerio. El mismo fue aprobado el 14 de noviembre de 2008
medianteOrden Ejecutiva OF,-2008-58del Gobernadorde Puerto Rico y promulgado
el mismo dia por el Secretariode Estado.
A tenor con el Artfculo 29 de la Ley Nrim. 75 del 24 de junio de 1975, segirn
enmendada,conocida como "Ley Org6nica de la Junta de Planificaci6n del Puerto
Rico", dicho plan regirh inmediatamentedespudsde haber sido adoptadopor la Junta
de Planificaci6ny aprobadopor el Gobernador.
El Gobierno Municipal de Comerfo y la Junta de Planificaci6n de Puerto Rico,
facultadaspor la ley paraadoptary revisar planesde ordenaci6n,han sido designados
como custodiosdel Plan Territorial.

governmentagencies,public and private corporationsthat the Planning
Boardof The CommonWealthof PuertoRico by ResolutionJP-PT-43-2of

October17,2008,adoptedthe Planof Land Managementof Comerio.It was
approvedon NovemberI 4, 2008by ExecutiveOrderEO-2008-58from the
Governorof PuertoRico, enactedthe sameday by the Secretaryof State.
In accordance
with Article 29 Law No. 75 of June24, 1975 as amended,
known as "Puerto Rico Planning Board Organic Law", the plan shall be
adopted immediately once is approved by the Planning Board and the
Governor.
The Municipal Governmentof Comerio and the Puerto Rico Planning
Board, empoweredby law to review and adopt managementplans, have
beendesignated
ascustodians
of this TerritorialPlan.
