Imprescindible indicar en el asunto “OFERTA ACREDITACIÓN DPC” 3670. • Descripción del puesto: • Compañía: Oper – EU • Lugar: Rogaland, Norway • Descripción del puesto: 1 – MAIN TASKS/GENERAL AND INTERFACE Discipline lead has the responsibility for their discipline to ensure that: - Responsible for Engineering design and coordination, MTO`s, Installation/ Construction and Procurement/ Purchasing in accordance with PTIL, NORSOK, Company`s (Clients) Technical requirements and Technical Specifications. - Responsible for discipline progress report, and check & approval of expended hours, including budget and resources. 2 – ACTIVITIES/PROJECT EXECUTION AND INTERFACE Discipline lead has the responsibility for their discipline to ensure that: - Perform tasks required by superior. - Review and approve contract SOW , drawings and specifications and follow up of submissions Of drawings and documents, including supplier documents. - Establish and maintain document register, and assure correct doc. Numbers. - Analysing continuous progress, productivity and timelines in relation to the scheduled goals and suggest and implement corrective measures. - Check and approve timesheets within the discipline. - Ensure that additional work in relation to the agreed work scope will be identified, estimated and implemented in accordance with applicable procedures. 3 – INTERFACE TO OTHER ORGANISATION UNITS - The Discipline Lead reports to the Engineering manager. - Discipline to work with: Other discipline leaders, coordinators, managers, suppliers and Company reps. 4-REPORTING - The Discipline Lead reports to the Engineering manager. 5-HSE - Identifying the HSE requirements of the contract within the discipline. - Ensuring that the HSE requirements of the contract and company polices are fulfilled within the discipline. - Ensuring that the project personnel are familiar with the HSE requirements of the contract and company polices within the discipline. - Identifying RUH`s, and for identifying and implementing the required corrective actions within discipline. 6-QUALITY MANAGEMENT - Identifying the quality requirements of the contract within the discipline. - Ensuring that the quality requirements of the contract and company policies are fulfilled within the discipline. - Ensuring that the project personnel are familiar with the quality requirements of the contract and company policies. - Ensuring that work processes and procedures are established for execution of the project in accordance with the quality requirements of the contract and company policies within the discipline. - Ensuring that the interfaces between the other project groups and the discipline are properly addressed by the work processes and procedures. - Ensuring that the projects is executed in accordance with the established work processes and procedures within the discipline. - Identifying quality non-conformances, and for identifying and implementing the required corrective actions within the discipline. - Participate in Safety and Quality system audits. - Contribute to develop a high technical skill within the discipline. - Proactive use of the program Synergi for reporting of. - all HSE incidents and observations (RUH`s). - all quality issues. - all improvement proposals. 7-AUTHORISATION - Mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel in the discipline in accordance with established principles. - Sign for the project within the limits of the project authority/signature matrix. - Authority to approve timesheets for the discipline. 8-IT SYSTEMS - Responsible for resource management and the IT/IS applications used in the project/within discipline. - Ensure that the relevant systems are implemented in the project within the discipline. • Perfil: - Master degree with minimum 6 years of experience, or Engineer with minimum 8 years experience or not college educated with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. - Imprescindible enviar curriculum en ingles. - Se valorará Nivel de Acreditación DPC Senior Plus o superior.
