lotions, hair oils, hair gels, hair wax, hair styling crèmes, hair color preparations, essential oils, cosmetics; hair
stylizing preparations.
Luego de examinar dicha Solicitud y habiendo determinado que el Titular Registral tiene derecho al registro de la
marca conforme a las disposiciones de la Ley Núm. 169 de 16 de diciembre de 2009, según enmendada, esta
marca ha sido registrada y el registro permanecerá en vigor por diez (10) años, sujeto al cumplimiento con la
legislación aplicable.
EN TESTIMONIO DE LO CUAL, firmo el presente y hago estampar

The Registrant sought the registration of the referenced mark for the following goods or services:
Hair care preparations; hair care products, namely, shampoos, hair conditioners, mousses, hairsprays, hair
lotions, hair oils, hair gels, hair wax, hair styling crèmes, hair color preparations, essential oils, cosmetics; hair
stylizing preparations.
After examination of the Application and having determined that the Registrant has the right to the registration
of the mark pursuant to Act No. 169 of December 16, 2009, as amended, this mark has been registered and shall
remain in full force and effect for ten (10) years, subject to compliances with the applicable legislation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the undersigned, by virtue of the
authority vested by law, hereby issues this Certificate and affixed
the Great Seal of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in the City of
