It included setting up a new Climate Change Office Under the Vice-Minister for Environment and Sustainable Development. The Climate Change Office will act as the Secretariat to the Inter-sectorial Commission on Climate Change (Comisión Inter-sectorial de Cambio Climático; COMICC), which when it has been established will coordinate public-sector activities and policy on climate change.
