Serge es camionero. Atraviesa Europa en ruta hacia África,
yendo regularmente a Tánger, donde se encuentran su amante
Sarah y su amigo Saïd. Por primera vez Serge va a ceder a la
tentación del tráfico ilegal aceptando meter cierta mercancía en
su camión. También va a luchar para reconquistar a Sarah, que
no quiere volver a verle. Sarah se ocupa de la pensión que
dirigía su madre. Hace un mes que ésta ha muerto. Para esta
ocasión su hermano debe volver de Canadá. Su intención es
llevarla con él a Montreal, pero Sarah no está segura de querer
seguirle. Saïd es hijo de un campesino sin tierras. Hoy es el
chico para todo de la pensión de Sarah; pero mañana perderá
su trabajo ya que la pensión va a cerrar. Está obsesionado por
una sola idea: pasar a Europa. Seguiremos a estos tres
personajes durante sus tres días de encuentro.
Serge is a lorry driver. He goes across Europe on his way to Africa,
regularly visiting Tangiers where he meets up with his lover Sarah
and his friend Saïd. For the first time Serge is going to give in to the
temptations of illegal trade by accepting to put some goods in his
lorry. He is also going to fight to win back Sarah who no longer wants
to see him. Sarah has taken over the guest-house which used to be
run by her mother who died a month ago. Because of her death
Sarah’s brother has had to come back from Canada. He is planning
to take her with him to Montreal but Sarah is not sure if she wants to
go with him or not. Saïd is the son of landless peasant farmer. Today
he is the dogsbody at Sarah’s guest house but tomorrow when the
guesthouse closes he will lose his job. He can only think of one thing,
getting to Europe. We follow these people during the three days
when they all meet up.
Serge est routier. Il traverse l’Europe en route vers l’Afrique et se
rend régulièrement à Tanger où se trouvent sa maîtresse Sarah et
son ami Saïd. Pour la première fois, Serge cède à la tentation du
trafic illégal et accepte de transporter une marchandise déterminée
dans son camion. Il va également lutter pour récupérer l’amour de
Sarah, qui ne veut plus le revoir. Sarah s’occupe de la pension que
dirigeait sa mère, morte un mois auparavant. Pour cette occasion,
son frère doit retourner du Canada. Il est décidé a la ramener avec
lui à Montréal, mais Sarah n’est pas sure de vouloir le suivre. Saïd
est le fils d’un paysan sans terres. Il est le garçon à tout faire de la

pension à Sarah, mais demain il perdra son travail vu que la pension
va fermer. Il est obsédé par une idée : se rendre en Europe. Nous
suivrons ces trois personnages au cours des trois jours que dure leur
rencontre.
