For subcutaneous vaccination of healthy dogs 6 weeks of
age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by
canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine
adenovirus type 2, canine parainfluenza, canine parvovirus,
Leptospira canicola, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae,
Leptospira grippotyphosa and Leptospira pomona.
Directions for Use
• General Directions: Aseptically rehydrate Duramune
Max 5 with Leptospira bacterial extract supplied.
Administer one 1 mL dose subcutaneously.
• Primary Vaccination: A recommended vaccination
schedule should start at or about 6 weeks of age. The
presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with
the development of active immunity. Puppies should be
revaccinated every 2 to 3 weeks until 12 weeks of age.
All dogs over 12 weeks of age should initially receive one
dose of Duramune Max 5/4L and a second dose 2 to
3 weeks later.
• Annual Vaccination: Annual revaccination with one dose
is recommended.
Caution: Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). AVOID
FREEZING. SHAKE WELL. In case of anaphylactoid reaction,
administer epinephrine. Burn container and all unused
contents.
Gentamicin and thimerosal added as preservatives.

Para la vacunación por vía subcutánea de perros
sanos de 6 semanas de edad o mayores como
ayuda en la prevención de enfermedades
causadas por moquillo canino, hepatitis canina
infecciosa, adenovirus canino tipo 2,
parainfluenza canina, parvovirus canino,
Leptospira canicola, Leptospira
icterohaemorrhagiae, Leptospira grippotyphosa y
Leptospira pomona.
Indicaciones
• Instrucciones Generales: Rehidratar Duramune
Max 5 asépticamente con el extracto bacteriano
de Leptospira provisto. Administrar una dosis
de 1 mL por vía subcutánea.
• Primovacunación: El programa de vacunación
recomendado debe empezar a las 6 semanas
de edad aproximadamente. Se sabe que la
presencia de anticuerpos maternos interfiere
con el desarrollo de la inmunidad activa. Es
necesario revacunar a los cachorros cada 2 a
3 semanas hasta que tengan 12 semanas de
edad.
Todos los perros de más de 12 semanas de
edad deben recibir una dosis inicial de
Duramune Max 5/4L y una segunda dosis 2 a
3 semanas después.
• Vacunación Anual: Se recomienda la
revacunación anual con una sola dosis de la
vacuna.
Precaución: Almacenar en la oscuridad entre
2° y 7°C (35° y 45°F). EVITAR LA CONGELACIÓN.
AGITAR BIEN. En caso de reacción anafilactoidea,
administrar epinefrina. Incinerar el recipiente y
todo el contenido no utilizado.
Contiene gentamicina y timerosal como agentes
conservantes.
