2. Wedidareviewoftheprocessanddiscussedhowitwashandledlastyear.
3. Wewentthrougheachsectionoftheparent/familysurveyanddiscussed
additions/modificationsanddeletions.Wedouble‐checkedtomakesure
thatdescriptorsontheevaluationmatchandcoverasmuchofthefinal
principalevaluationdocumentasmuchaspossible.Marisoltooknotesand
willmakeadjustmentsonthemainelectroniccopy.
4. Monicawentthrougheachsectionofthestaffsurvey,discussing
additions/modificationsanddeletionsthatshefeltmadethesurveymore
clearand/orappropriateforstaff.Again,wedouble‐checkedtomakesure
thatdescriptorsontheevaluationmatchandcoverasmuchofthefinal
principalevaluationdocumentasmuchaspossible.Monicawillmake
adjustmentstohardcopyandsendtoMarisolsothatshecansendthistoCPS
legal.
5. DiscussionaboutPrincipalEvaluationTimelineispushedtoourregular
March2,2011LSCmeetingnextweek.Allmembersshouldreviewandbe
readytomakeadditions/corrections/deletionsonthisdate.
