This report seeks to explore how influence the practices of conciliation, called
Work Life Balance on the performance in the companies in relation to the quality,
flexibility, technologies. There will be a theoretical part in which, it will be provided, a
global vision of as these practices influence in the world. Also there will be done an
analysis of WLB and performance, by means of which obtained a few hypotheses.
There will be an empirical part which will analyze the data about conciliation practices,
extracted from a questionnaire of 300 real businesses, of the countries of Argentina
and Uruguay, using the statistical package SPSS. Bringing into play these results, will be
compared with the hypotheses extracted previously.
