D E S C R I P C I Ó N DE USO
La Kit de bloques espaciadores AGILITY (espaciador) es un accesorio opcional que se puede instalar para aumentar la separación entre el
hardware del escudo trasero para dar cabida a más tamaños de sillas de ruedas a través de todos los espesores del sistema de respaldo
AGILITY ROHO® (AGILITY). El espaciador está diseñado para ser utilizado sólo con sistemas de respaldo de AGILITY.

ADVERTENCIAS
s NO instale un espaciador en una AGILITY sin antes leer y entender este suplemento. Si necesita ayuda, llame a un médico, proveedor
de ROHO o a ROHO Inc.,
s NO conecte, elimine ni ajuste el espaciador cuando una persona está sentada en la silla.
s Examine el espaciador en busca de desgaste, roturas y la tensión diariamente. Vuelva a apretar los pernos sueltos siguiendo las
instrucciones a través de su manual de operación de producto original AGILITY y Este suplemento. NO siga utilizando el espaciador
si alguno de los componentes no se puede apretar o se rompe. ROHO, Inc. recomienda que AGILITY y todos los accesorios sean
cuidadosamente inspeccionados periódicamente por un técnico cualificado.

DESCRIPTION OF USE
The AGILITY Spacer Block Kit (Spacer) is an optional accessory which may be installed to increase the spacing between the back shell
hardware to accommodate more wheelchair sizes across all ROHO® AGILITY Back System (AGILITY) widths. The Spacer is designed to be
used only with AGILITY Back Systems.

WARNINGS
s DO NOT install a Spacer on an AGILITY without first reading and understanding this supplement. If assistance is needed, contact a
clinician, ROHO provider or ROHO, Inc.
s DO NOT attach, remove or adjust the Spacer when an individual is seated in the chair.
s Check the Spacer for wear, breakage and tightness daily. Retighten loose screws following the instructions throughout your original
AGILITY product operation manual and this supplement. DO NOT continue to use the Spacer if any of the components cannot be
tightened or are broken. ROHO, Inc. recommends that AGILITY and all accessories be thoroughly inspected periodically by a qualified
technician.

CAUTION: Whenever possible, the individual in the wheelchair with an AGILITY should transfer into a manufacturer-installed vehicle
seat and use the vehicle’s crash-tested occupant restraint system.
AGILITY with Quick Release Attachment Hardware and AGILITY Spacer Block Kit has been dynamically tested for use in a motor vehicle by a
