Doctorate in Civil Engineering (number one in his graduating class). Licentiate in Law.
Diploma in Industrial Organization from the Economic Development Institute. Chair of Business
Organization at the Advanced Civil Engineering School of the Polytechnic University of Madrid,
Chair of Accounting and Legislation at the School of Public Works of the Polytechnic University
of Madrid. Without ever belonging to any political party, he served as Deputy Prime Minister for
Economic Affairs and Minister of Finance in the First Government of the Monarchy. The
remainder of his activity has been mainly in the business world where he has held the office of
Chairman of the Board of Directors and the position of CEO in major companies in Spain. At the
present time, he is the Chairman of Grupo Villar Mir, S.A.U. Chairman of Inmobiliaria Espacio
and Chairman of Villar Mir Energía S.L.U. Moreover, he holds de position of external board
member (independent) of Santander Bank, Shareholding Director and member of Executive
Committee of Abertis Infraestructuras S.A. (as representative of Grupo Villar Mir S.A.U.) and
Second Deputy Chairman and member of Executive Committee of Inmobiliaria Colonial (as
representative of Grupo Villar Mir, S.A.U.) He has also held important positions in the cultural
and academic worlds, including the office of President of the National Association of Civil
Engineers and President of the Agricultural Committee of IFA, President of the Agustín de
Betancourt Foundation and President of Cotec Foundation, honorary member of the National
Association of Civil Engineers, Member of Honour of the Spanish Institute of Engineering and
Academic Member of the Royal Academy of Engineering and Academic of the Royal Academy
of Economics and Finance, Honorary Member of the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain.

Mr. Josep Piqué Camps
Josep Piqué Camps holds a Phd in Economic and Business Sciences in addition to a Law
degree from the University of Barcelona. He served as minister in the Spanish Government,
member in Congress, senator and chairman of the political party Partido Popular in Catalonia
and the group Parlamentario Popular in the Parliament of Catalonia.
He currently serves as the chairman of Pangea XXI and Bodaclick, voting member of the
boards of directors for Applus+ and Ezentis; and sits on numerous advisory boards, including:
Seat/VW/Audi, ATKearney, SpecerStuart, ING Direct España.
Josep is a member of the Board of Trustees for various Foundations. He chairsthe Forum and
the Spain-Japan Council Foundation, as well as the organization Círculo de Economía. Mr.
Piqué is also a tenured lecturer in Economic Theory.
He likewise served as tenured economist for Research Services at “La Caixa”, director general
for Industry in the Catalan Regional Government, chief executive officer for industry and
executive chairman of the Ercros Group and numerous Ercros Group subsidiaries (including
Erkymia, Fyse, Fertiberia and Rio Tinto).

Civil Engineer, MBA-ICADE. Master of Science-University of Wisconsin. After holding positions
of responsibility in the consultancy sector, he joined OHL in 1998 in order to develop the
Infrastructure Promotion area. With the creation of OHL Concesiones, S.A. in the year 2000,
he was appointed as a Director and General Manager and, at the present time, is Managing
Director.
Mrs. Mónica De Oriol
e Icaza
Licentiate degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University
of Madrid and holder of the European Union diploma in Economics from the London School of
Economics. Has combined positions in companies and associations with teaching activity as a
professor at the Complutense University of Madrid and at the Madrid campus of Saint Louis
University. Since 1989, principal shareholder and Executive Chair of the Seguriber-Umano
Group, member of the Board of the Vizcaína Aguirre Foundation, member of the Board of
Trustees of the Rafael del Pino Foundation, member and former President of the Madrid
Chapter of YPO, member of IWF, independent director of INDRA SISTEMAS, S.A. Until March
2015, President of the Círculo de Empresarios

Civil Engineer. MBA-IESE. Has been Managing Director of the Villar Mir Group since 2002
and counsellor of Abertis Infraestructuras as a representative of OHL Emisiones, S.A.U

Lawyer and Licentiate in Economics and Business Administration. Managing Director of the

Degree in Business Administration from CUNEF, she was an auditor with BDO
Binder. She is currently the administrator of Gestión Empresarial SDM, S.L. and a
Director of Coca-Cola Iberian Partners.
Degree in Economics and Business Administration, PhD in economics from the
University of Navarra. She has taught at the Faculty of Economics and Business
of the University of Valladolid and is currently on the Faculty of Business
Economics and Law at the University of Navarra. She previously held the position
of Secretary to the Board of Directors of Instituto de Empresa y Urbanismo.
Currently a member of the International Advisory Council of Banco Popular and
the International Advisory Council of Corporate Excellence. She previously acted
as an independent director of the Public Business Corporation of Navarra, is a
member of the Audit Committee of the said Corporation and Chairman of the Audit
Committee, Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Navarra, Vice
Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Navarra.
