Hidrocantábrico Distribución SA is a electrical distribution company that was
founded in in 1999 in Oviedo (Spain).
In the first part of this thesis you need to describe the activity of the company so I told her
history, her structure inside the company group, the competition and other economic
information that you know if you analyze her balance. In the section of competition I

consider the distribution afiliated of Iberdrola, Eon and Endesa because they are the
biggests of the sector.
The second part of this tesis is more numerical, in this part you need to calculate the free
cash flows in the past five years and extrapolate it to the five future years. In this section I
get positive cash flows in all the future years (2015-2018). Next you must estimate the
residual value of the company and finally you calculate the economical value of this
electrical company.

Hidrocantábrico Distribución SA es una empresa de distribución eléctrica que fue fundada
en 1999 en Oviedo ( España ) .
En la primera parte de éste trabajo de fin de grado se describe la actividad de la empresa ,
así como su historia , su estructura dentro del grupo de empresas , la competencia que tiene
y demás información económica que conoceremos analizando los balances. En el apartado
de la competencia he decidido tener en cuenta las empresas Iberdrola Distribución
Eléctrica, Eón Distribución y Endesa Distribución Eléctrica., ya que son los más grandes
del sector (medidas en ingresos de explotación).
La segunda parte de este trabajo es más numérica , en esta parte es necesario calcular los
flujos de caja libres en los últimos cinco años y extrapolarlo a los cinco años en el futuro.
En esta sección me salen flujos de caja positivos en todos los años futuros ( 2015-2018 ) . A
continuación, debe estimar el valor residual de la empresa y, finalmente, calcular el valor
económico de esta empresa eléctrica.
